Well what Can I say about this place. Ordered lunch after a bad day went in to collect and the staff were lovely. Wallis gave me a hug and put sprinkles on my coffee to cheer me up. They cut my sandwiches into triangles and took all the crusts off as requested. If you get a hot drink they do a free hug with every mug which is pretty exciting �� cannot reccomend enough go get your hugs ppl.

We regularly eat at mrs ms the food is delicious and the staff are always friendly we came for pancakes today and they didn’t disappoint they were very filling and delicious xx

Visited today for afternoon tea. Absolutely lovely! The afternoon tea was amazing, and really good value for money! Service was fantastic!

Took my 3 daughters & niece today for ice cream milkshake for me! Ice creams were lovely looking with some fantastic sounding flavours! My milkshake tasted amazing (mint choc) but then again it would be better for my 2 year old to write about about seeing as she drank most of it ��

Will definitely be coming back again xx

One of our favourite places to visit! I have tried the afternoon tea, breakfasts, cakes, milkshakes and tea. They are all tasty and we always come back quite often. Staff are friendly and we really like the music and atmosphere. 5* from us.

Just had the BOGOF Offer with my sister. It was absolutely delicious! Food & cakes perfect, lots of choice,. Loved the homemade chips & coleslaw too! Staff very very friendly & accommodating. My sister didn't like the mini pudding of the day, so the staff gave her the choice of a different mini pudding, which she thoroughly enjoyed! Very enjoyable experience! Thankyou to all of the lovely staff for making it a lovely experience! Cindy & Gale. Xx

I went here for afternoon tea as part of my hen weekend and absolutely loved it.The food was delicious, chips were amazing and the cakes were beautiful. The staff were lovely and as the bride to be i received a complimentary milk shake which was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. I definitely would recommend Mrs M's and hope to make a return visit soon x

Came yesterday with a friend; pot of tea, cappuccino, delicious ploughman's, homemade quiche, soda float and milkshake. Excellent service, gorgeous food and beautiful atmosphere! Many thanks ladies, highly recommended and will be booking in soon for an afternoon tea :) ♡

Came today for afternoon tea for my bday was amazing best afternoon tea I’ve had ,really value for money you gets loads loved the suprise bday milkshake too lovely touch �Defo will be coming back lovely staff too �

Been for afternoon tea today and it was just lovely! The savouries really are tasty and the chips are the best chips I've tasted in a long time! The cake is really light and fluffy and fresh (I struggled to eat it all though) service comes with a smile staff are really nice! Felt very welcome definitely want to come again and will be recommending to friends!

A friend and I regularly come here for cake and tea and have never had a bad experience. I have also had lunch there and again very nice. Music is fab I love it! Staff always very attentive and friendly. We bring children and they occasionally make a noise but it is never met with disapproving looks like some places. Only criticism is could do with a baby change facility (although I didn't ask so maybe they have provisions in place if I had have done) keep up the good work!!

We only ordered drinks and a snack of quiche and salad, after our drinks were delivered and we had sat there for at least 20 mins I had to ask where the food was, the order hadn't been passed through to be made. Very disappointed and had to rush to get back to the car and I had drunk all my tea so not as enjoyable as it should have been

I had a spicy chicken wrap and it has gone up £1 where as my friend's meal had only gone up 30p and that was a hot meal. Just seems a tad excessive on the wraps & paninis. Also if prices are going to increase would be nice to be able to get an updated menu from yourselves

I came in yesterday in the hopes of trying the Veggie burger, it's not advertised on the menu but they do have one available. I was a bit disgusted when I found out it is fried in the same oil as the beef burgers and the chicken.. Not seperately. That totally defeats the object of a veggie burger and in fact.. it is no longer a vegetarian burger at all, since it is covered in meat juices!

I was also disheartened to find out they also fry the chips in the same oil, and therefore they are not vegetarian either. I was hoping to try them as they do look amazing but sadly i won't be.

Let me know if this ever changes because I do like Mr's M's Tea room, and i would love to try an actual veggie burger and chips from here!

Called in today ordered the 12 inch panini which when it came it turned out to be a baguette put through the panini press (being a baker I know the difference) also ordered the cloudy lemonade with vanilla ice cream in the top ... All I can guarantee is that it was vanilla ice cream with a liquid that was defiantly not cloudy lemonade .........Will not be going again because I didn't get what I ordered .... Couldn't complain as staff were noticeable in their absence ......

Had afternoon tea and was very disapointed. The cherry bakewell is the best but thats it!! Sandwiches were horrible an 8 yr old could make better!! With an added chicken bone in one..no offer of a reduction.. over priced wont be going again.

met a friend here today at 3pm and so obviously felt like we were unwanted . I sat for a while waiting for my friend but not once did the lady come to see if i needed anything . She started sweeping up and was sweeping near me and still didn't speak . I felt obliged to tell her I was waiting for a friend but she didn't appear interested.

She then told me if we were ordering food they were only doing drinks and cold food as the kitchen was closing. My friend arrived at this point and she went to see if we could have a hot sandwich and returned to tell us the cook had turned the machine back on for us ..(ThIs is 3pm we are talking about here ) We asked if we could have the gas heater on as we were cold we were sat with our coats on she went to ask and came back to turn it on. My friend asked for another coffee to be told they had turned the coffee machine off . Shortly after that the assistant came and turned the fire off saying she had to save the gas for tomorrow and then told us they were closing and we would have to leave.. this was now 4pm .. How on earth are they going to keep going with customer service as appalling as that ? We were disgusted but at the same time wanted to laugh as we couldn't believe people could be so rude .. just had to share this as I felt I couldn't let it go .The only good thing about the visit was the food I have to say this was really nice but you can get equally nice food with good customer service at plenty of other places.

Went to use a Christmas gift and were told it was 4 days out of date ! There was a date on the back of the ticket but no message that there was a use by date! Admittedly I had not rung up earlier to book but when we went in there was 1 person eating and we were prepared to wait. An absolutely disgusting waste of someones kind gift! Obviously they have had their money so they do not care! I would definitely not recommend anyone to go there. You would think that the way finances go they would want people to go but obviously they do not. Give this place a wide berth. There are several better places in town!
