last yr i ordered a cake from these guy from the stratford rd branch. it was brilliant. this yr i ordered from the alum rock road branch and it was brilliant. the cake was done just as i wanted and it was ready on the promised time too. i have reccommended so many people to order from these guys. they know what a birthday cake is .

ive just had a cake made for my 50th birthday, i had one made last year for my sons 21st, both very special occasions and cakes were fantastic, looked amazing and tasted great. I opted for fresh cream, light and fluffy, excellent price too.

I would recommend to my friends without a doubt.

We are at Elmet Kitchen in Sherburn-in-Elmet last night for my partners birthday meal out and the owner of the restaurant presented him with a birthday card, flowers and your birthday cake - how thoughtful.



Your cake is the lightest and tastiest sponge cake we've ever eaten.

My friend bought me a box of gulab jamuns (hope I spelt that correct?) as a gift for my birthday after not knowing the name of them but telling her how much me and partner enjoy them when we visit any Indian restaurant. The presentation of them and the box was beautiful and every single 1 of them tasted gorgeous!! Now we know the name and were she got them we will defo be making a few visits our selves.

I’ve just been to the Nottingham branch and the guy that served me was absolutely fantastic great customer service, first time going and he was very helpful, would highly recommend and the place was spotless and the deserts are amazing, I didn’t get the guys name who served me but he was from Bradford, Thankyou

It's really handy and useful to have a mitahi shop close by. Went today to the new nottingham branch that opend today .. sweets tasted really nice. Will be using this shop a lot in the future

I got my mother in law her 80th birthday cake from Nafees in Keighley. The guys there are great. The cake, a fresh cream cake, was outstanding. We took it to Giorgio's in Rodley - the staff and chef were very impressed too. I would have loved that you could all have seen it - absolutely gorgeous! I'll post a picture of it on Trip Advisor - Highly recommend! Thank you so much Nafees - You're super!!

I called Nafees at their Leeds branch at 7.45pm yesterday... (i was a little 'last minute dot com')

I needed to order a cake with a personalised photo. Despite it being so late, a brother called Faisal, with the upmost professionalism, took my order promptly after advising me of the options available, and I was able to whatsapp my chosen picture and message across.

I have today picked up the cake and it is PERFECT! Thank you so much for your professionalism and patience... you guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!

Good sweets but staff need training and how to deal with customer. A big let down when I ask them for petta and end up with box full of patesa.

Very crap service at burnley nafees. I had requested a butter ream cake Second time i had ordered a buttercream cake but when taken home and tasted it was fresh cream. Seems like it your workers dont understand what buttercream cake is. When rang up the burnley branch staff was rude and said its buttercream when it is not! Please train your worker staff on how too make butter cream cakes. And then your staff have the nerve too argue with customers saying its buttercream when its frrsh cream. ! Very dissapointed never gonna order from nafees bakery again! Ruined my birthday party! This is the second time this has happened too me!

Very bad customer services at Dewsbury branch. I went to dewsbury branch to buy some sweets (mithai). I asked the man behind the counter indicating towards a box of mithai that I want mithai box of this size. He asked me how many kgs. I said whatever comes in this box. He started behaving rude and said we don’t sell like this and u need to know in kgs, I smiled and said brothers I don’t work in bakery so don’t know how much is in a kg. He replied I’m not selling u. Go and buy from somewhere else. I was hurt and controlled myself.

OLDHAM BRANCH - Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! Plucking random numbers from thin air when quoting customers. Went to order a two tier icing cake and bloke behind counter had no clue what i was saying even though I said it in English and Punjabi!! When we finally made some progress he had to ring some guy called 'nash' who quoted me £190. I asked Mr clueless standing in front of me the price for the bigger tier only and his response.......wait let me ring 'nash'. Put's phone down and replies" it's £65". �

Now let me just point out the bottom tier was a 12 inch iced cake with artificial flowers and some very basic icing patterns/swirls. This was £65 whereas the 9 inch cake that just had some beads on it was £125!!!!! Wot numerical fuckery is this!!!



When questioned why he was charging me £125 for a 9 inch cake (the top tier) the geezer started fukin stuttering. Then gave me some bullshit spiel which made no sense about cost of icing and labour. I've never heard such nonsense!!! £125 quid for a 9 inch cake!!!



In addition he changed his tune about payment. Initially saying they take any deposit to saying full payment now and how it's company policy. He definitely didn't like me questioning him about the numbers and how they made no sense and why in 15 minutes the company policy changed about deposits. When I asked him why he's changed his mind in regards to deposits, his response was do you want it or no! Wtf!!!! You having a laugh. I don't think so mate.



I have purchased cakes in the past from this establishment before but after this experience I will be avoiding at all cost!!!!



You behaved in such a disgraceful manner in front of other customers. You had absolutely no idea what you were doing as I had to even spell certain words out when you were writing the invoice and fill half the invoice myself! ( forget numbers, basic literacy got him flustered!)



Is basic training not given before these junglees are given an apron and left to deal with customers?



Word of advice to the powers that be - Check all qualifications employees have are legit especially those involving Maths and English!! And make it your priority to ensure they know how to interact with the public.

Disappointing. Yet again, popular just for their name. Other wise their food and attitude is very poor. Feel sorry for their workers, working for an intimidating, unethical, bias boss. The keema samosas has no keema!, don’t be fooled. Soaked in oil.

Cakes are lovely but ordered a £70 2D cake for my daughters 2nd birthday. Cake was absolutely solid inside. All my guests complained about it and couldn't believe it was a nafees cake. Complained next day...bearing in Mind this was end of March and we're now in mid May, I'm still waiting for a response. Had two different people call me who are 'managers' but can't seem to solve anything so refer higher and still waiting. They kept half of the cake when I complained so my point is give me £35 refund or bake me the same cake and give me half where Nafees want to give me a 9" cake worth £14???? Where is the sense in that? Sorry absolutely appalled at the service.

Been a few times to the new nafees in Stoke on trent, love the fresh made sweets but staff so unhelpful. Last 2 times I went was disappointed was sold a box of broken up zilabi's and again asked for something instead of showing me just pointed me in a direction didn't know what I was buying so didn't buy the item. I'm a British born Asian whom worked in retail for many years what happened to exceeding customer expectations I'm always left disappointed when I visit Asian shops items are good but service disappoints
