Just had a real good meal.will be going again. Only down side is they need a bigger waiting area.

It was mine and my husbands first ever visit to Nando's and it was an amazing experience from start to end very friendly staff and the food was exceptional it was very busy on Monday night yet are food was with us within 10mins from ordering

We where served by Leon who was very friendly and polite and only to happy to help

Restaurant small in comparison to other Nando's I have been to, badly designed lay out when busy. The waiting area isn't big enough and people on the end tables end up with people sat looking at them or someone's bum in there face while eating. For a unit purposely built for it, it has been badly designed. Food ok and probably best to visit at a less busy time.

We did wait 30 minutes for a table and they did seat people that came in after us before us, which the manager did apologise for.

My experience of Nandos in Doncaster was a mixed one. I first got no reply on if I should book a table for 2 and saw a status saying only people of 7 or more should book. So I didn't book and thought it'd be fine. Went on the day and got told it'd be an half an hour wait, which we waited since it was early days. The waitresses and waiters were nice enough to come round to the huge amount of people waiting for tables and giving them out 'nibbles' whist we wait. When we got seated, we ordered straight away with no problems. I got my starter first and I had nearly finished it by the time my boyfriend got his (exactly the same thing). Both the main and starter was delicious and fairly fast to say it was hectic! The servers were really lovely and doing the best they could in such a hectic time. I do think that they need to sort out waiting areas better and definitely sort out booked tables. But, I'd definitely go again when it's settled down!

Highly disappointed. On arrival told to wait 20 minutes which wasn't a problem but from spending that time waiting in the waiting area which is far too small, was overcrowded and having to constantly move out of the way for staff to get by just didn't make it a great start. Finally got seated with food ordered and when the food did arrive missed parts of meal ordered had to then wait for them to bring it out which was apologetic for too. Didn't seem that bothered by it but when finished food tried multiple times to get waiter/waitresses attention to be able to order desserts to take out that gave in trying and left the table to order it ourselves. Of course they came rushing to clear the table then. When placing the order the woman asked me again for clarity what cheesecake I wanted and when I told her she repeated it again to make sure it was the right one and informed me I would have to wait in the dreaded area of over crowded people. We waited 10-15 minutes all for them to put a cheesecake in a bag so we complained to a young waiter who was eager to see what was happening to find that someone had bagged the cheesecake and left on side and didn't inform any other staff about it so it was just left there. He was very apologetic explained the situation and gave us the cheesecake. Upon walking out I looked in the bag to see that the lid on the cream wasn't put on properly so it was a real mess, but what annoyed me the most was when I picked up the box with the cheesecake I noticed they gave me the wrong one. After previously waiting 10-15 minutes for the wrong one I didn't want to have to see how long I would have to wait for the right one. The only good thing about this place is the food. From this experience I will never go to this nando's again. I would much rather travel to a different one because I know I am going to enjoy the whole experience, where the layout is much better, they don't get your order wrong or leave it on a side for no one to deliver it to you.

First time at nandos and we won't be goin again!! Ther was at least 25 of us there 2day for a birthday meal. 2 of the people never ate because they got the order wrong. Then they ordered sumat else but they couldn't have it because they had not marinated enough chicken! My kids couldn't eat as the kids meal we ordered was spicy hot when we asked for plain. My dad then asked if the 2 people who never ate wud get a voucher or anything because they had to miss out on eating.. And all we got was they asked for there money back.. Some of us then went over to the dome so we could get the kids something to eat! We left nandos very unhappy!

Worst nandos I've ever had food arrived cold the chips were soggy

The portions are small and over priced. I think that there are much better places that will give you your money's worth
