Went here for tea tonight and been the clumsy plonker I am slipped and fell over bashing my face on a chair. All the staff in Nando’s were fantastic making sure I was ok and been very friendly! Cannot say thank you enough! Food was fab as always!

Went for tea with the girls from work. We booked a table & were seated on a round table so were able to talk to each other. Order food separately but all food came out at the same time. When we asked what the deserts were like the waitress brought the cakes to the table so we could see what they were like. 10 out of 10. Definitely well worth a visit

Went for my daughters birthday, this was or first time in the restaurant but we have used the takeaway service twice. There was a short wait for a table as the restaurant was very busy but staff ensured we were seated as soon as the table was available and once we had ordered our food we did not wait long for it to arrive. We were all very pleased with our meals and will be back again in the future.

Visited yesterday, party of 10 . Service tip top, issue with Vegan option but dealt with immediately.

My husband and I went on Tuesday 16th Jan and we loved it the staff and the service 100% very reasonable on price wasn't waiting long so I would recommend so would love to win and take our freinds

Lovely service and great food, lots of happy staff checking all went well. Recommend to book table in advance as we walked past queue straight to our table

Loved it great venue for both families, friends n couples,great tasting food,cool architectural, interior.

Loved it I went expecting to eat side orders as I'm vegan and wasn't anything on their website for me but Steve who works there told us we can have burger options without the mayo and different bun it was excellent and the service was fantastic. This place will do well we will certainly be back

First time myself and my hubby have ever been to Nando’s and we loved it, was really tasty and reasonably priced,staff nice and friendly, will definitely return 😋

As soon as we walked through the doors, we were greeted with a warm welcome. It's nice and big inside, so plenty of room to move around, which is handy for parents with prams, and also good for wheel chair users. The food was good, and you get a good portion of chips unlike some other nandos. A good start and a good addition to the area. Long may it continue.

As it only opened a few weeks ago I was expecting slow service but was pleasantly surprised.

Food took about 20 minutes but it was extremely busy so was more than happy with that.

Food arrived Hot & Tasty and was soon demolished, all round a Brilliant service and staff were all very friendly.

Went for the first time on thursday with my mum. Was nice but i think its a little overpriced for what it is.

Very poor service. Ordered online to collect at 19:55. Food wasn't ready until 20:20.



Food given was incorrect. Single burger instead of double. No chips.



Shocking service.

After speaking to the manager on duty tonight (Stephen), he has gone over and beyond what he needed to do to resolve this.



I've changed my rating from a 1 to a 4.

Just visited tonight and to be fair to them although there was hardly anyone in at this time they looked a little scattered..the girl (Ellie) who served us was so lovely. But the food was abit cold, not really bothered too much because we just wanted a quick meal but they forgot halloumi, and messed my friends up. Never apologised which was abit crappy..and never came to ask how our meal was, and when there’s staff members sat down cleaning a table it really does show how fed up they are..I don’t like to complain and it’s usually spot on so I’ll definitely return but tonight was a let down.

Got seated really quickly even though busy and told 10/15 min wait which was more like 5. longer than expected wait to actually order food at the till due to there only being one person serving which was frustrating. Once food arrived it was exactly as ordered and good. Would recommend but beware l It’s extremely busy at peak times so you could be disappointed if you don’t want to wait 45/50 min for a table

First visit. The staff were polite and helpful. The food was good. But could have been hotter. Would try again another time.

Ordered a takeaway tonight for the first time, I doubt we will again after a 25 minute wait after the pick up time and incompetent service (told to queue when we didn’t have too) then to find our order was missing items. Not impressed!
