ūüĎ©‚ÄćūüéďūüĎČ...Did you know that the Johnson's Motorcycle on display at the Farming Museum is the only 107 model known to still be in existence? ūüõĶ
It is the only Edwardian 107 model known to have survived. It has the oldest J.A.P. engine known to exist. The motorcycle was found in a cobbler's shop on High Street Scunthorpe in 1956. It was restored and rallied for several years afterwards. As it has a surface carburettor it had to be run on watch cleaning solvent or lighter fuel! ūüėģ

Well believe it or not, we travelled around 3 miles in our motorhome to camp at Normanby Park yesterday to stay over night so we were on site ready for the start of the Tour of Britain taking place this morning. The pitch was very spacious and excellent value. The facilities were great and the customer service we received when we checked in at the gift shop was exceptional. Very friendly and professional.

We would also like to say how impressed we were with all the staff at Normanby Park, and North Lincolnshire Council who did a great job at organising such a great event for Tour of Britain. I'm sure there was so much hard work that also went on behind the scenes and it certainly paid off. A great day, so thank you to everyone involved. ÔŅĹ

User

We love walking round here with our baby, it’s such a lovely relaxing place that is very well maintained.

User

Visited today for the festival. Absolutely fabulous! Well organised and so much choice. One of the best varied days I have seen. Literally something for everyone!! Well done on organising such a fab event. Hope you do something like this in the summer hols too! All staff hapoy and smiling too. Big thumbs up for all your hard work on such a fantastic event xx

User

Very nice country park, good value if you buy an annual pass.We often come here to walk the dogs and in the summer call in to the cafe.Good park and splash pad for children and in the summer holidays they have rabbits, goats, donkeys etc which we love to see .Been visiting here since I was a child which is about thirty odd years so I would recommend it to everyone.

User

My son and I have been to the woodland tots sessions and we both really enjoyed them,it's given us lots if ideas to use at home and we've made new friends too! Also we ended up spending a full day at the park which I rarely do at most places, the splash pad is fab and the park kept him entertained for ages too so a day well spent. Can see us spending a lot of summer days there now we've sussed it out

User

Lovely place to to go. Plenty to do and great for kids to run round and play

User

It's great to see all the events that are planned, all the new developments coming into fruition and still economical.

Visited for may bank holiday and had a great time. All staff were helpful, efficient and had a smile despite working in heat on a bank holiday! A credit to you and Thank you.

User

I went to the event with my daughter today and although I had to park in the overflow car park, due the volume of visitors. We had a great time, my daughter is worn out with all the activities she took part in!

Well done Normanby Park, I hope you have another event in the summer holidays! ÔŅĹ

User

I visited Normanby Hall on Thursday last week to attend a Peter Rabbit activity session with my son and he loved it! It was such a well organised event, with lots of activities for all age groups. We have already booked onto another session this week!

User

Had a lovely few hours here yesterday. My daughter who is in a wheelchair was able to go downstairs in the house via a ramp. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also a great bonus that part of the woodland had had a solid pathway installed so she could watch the Go Ape activities.

User

Extremely busy today but it was managed so well, absolutely fantastic and well done to the organisers for this weekend family fun days.

User

Attended servants trail and afternoon tea can highly recommend, although nothing much left of the servants quarters Sarah our guide made it come alive by her knowledge and passion for the Hall . It is great to hear the history of the Hall from a different angle and hope there are more afternoons like this

Oh and the tea was absolutely delicious ÔŅĹ

User

Amazing day today lots of variety of things to do kids enjoyed it as well as the adults! Hope more to come !

User

We came today to let the kids play in the new park, enjoyed themselves but that zip wire is lethal its too close to the sandpit,my partners mum was bashed in the back by a child on the wire there is no signs or barriers to let people know not to walk that side of the pit.

User

Visited yesterday for the Peter Rabbit sessions, was very good. The activity session was very good value and all the staff very helpful and engaging with the children. I loved that the group was not too full as they limit numbers a big plus for me.

The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is cause it took me 30mins to get my annual pass renewed! However, the good news is that their new system will stop that happening next year.

I'm looking forward to seeing what other themed sessions they may have to offer in the future.

User

Ok for a couple of hours would of stayed longer at the park if there was somewhere to sit Heaving today no where to sit , needed it after queing for 20 min for an ice cream from the 1 van with 1 man serving .!!!

User

Have loved visiting Normanby Hall over the last 8 years, Go Ape not as detrimental to park as first appeared and that area can be avoided, just less woodland to walk in,star rating on GOape pointless if it's not a five it gets removed!!!

User

Came for a picnic with friends today, wasn’t very happy that I have an annual pass but because I didn’t have it with me today I had to pay the extortionate day pass price of £7. Surely there must be a database of annual pass holders for things like this but no, I was just told I had to buy a day pass. I would have left if it wasn’t for the fact I had my 10 month old with me, after spending a couple of hours getting sorted in the morning, then going out to buy picnic food, and then meeting friends. Especially annoying as my friend told me she had lost her annual pass once and they replaced it at a fee smaller than I’d paid today.

User

Used to love going for a walk and explore around the park but they appear to have pulled out two play areas at the same time with no thought for the children over a bank holiday poor planning I had to go home as was no possible way to entertain my daughter and feed my baby boy brought a season ticket I don't know why I bothered.
