Went yesterday. Plenty of free parking & the place is spotlessly clean with lovely polite staff. Not like that dump in Bradford full of dodgy folk, stinking to high heaven & it costs to park there! If you want a cinematic experience in comfort, avoid Bradford town centre and travel to the Odeon

Wasn't sure about paying the extra price at first because it was never a very nice cinema, but I like the fact that parking is free and easy.

Super impressed with the new cinema though. Lovely and clean, well planned with lots of self service drinks to avoid queues. Staff were really polite and helpful, and the recliners with tables were fab.

Cineworld was appauling last time I went so Odeon it will be from now on.

This is the second time I’ve been to this cinema it was beyond compare to Bradford as Cineworld is just awful. The only criticism I have of the Odeon is the length of time you have to wait to get your tickets if they speed that process up I will certainly consider changing my cinema from the Showcase. But they need to sort out getting staff to move a little quicker on the ticket front. Maybe do the same as showcase use an app on your phone and just go in scan the phone and go straight in to watch the film.

The staff are amazing. My grandaughter had lost something under her chair and Jamie took the time to find it for her. Plenty of space with the new chairs. Would go again

I’ve never been to The Odeon so relaxing in a recliner to watch a movie was out of this world! Loved every minute of it, it was clean and no AC! Thank you for that, nothing worse than feeling cold whilst sitting!

User

Been several times and taken my 12 yr old granddaughter before the cinema was upgraded and four times since. Always a pleasant experience. My only problem is the general public who can’t clean up after themselves and leave where they have been sitting in a disgusting mess when there are waste bins just outside the doors.

User

love the leather reclining seats, very comfortable. A long queue for popcorn so gave that a miss, got a tea from the costa machine but it had run out of milk and it didn’t accept cash. A member of staff filled up the milk once asked so all was okay. Shame we don’t have an odeon luxe in huddersfield!!

User

Went twice yesterday

Once at lunchtime with Granddaughter & for Sherlock Gnomes and the other at 5pm for Solo with my wife

Both visits were great. Staff were polite but just a tad understaffed at tea time .

Great electronic seats.

A Very nice experience

Really nice seats now they’ve been refurbished and the whole place is always clean.

Downsides are mainly the prices (although pretty much the same at most cinemas) and queues. Even though self-serve ticket collection is quick and easy, you still have to queue for food and drinks. They have started a few awful-serve stations for drinks so obviously recognise the problem, but allow around an extra 15 minutes for queuing at busier times.

User

Like the revamp. Still the unexplained smell of sick as you come upstairs. Not sure if it’s from the loos or what but it’s strong. Get some strong air fresheners up there and you’ll get a 5* next time.

User

Like the new seating and plenty of space between rows, the downside is food very expensive and a couple of time we have not been given two seats together, although this wasn’t a big problem as not many people in for the showings we went to.

Been a few times recently. Last time I went was when it opened and it was full of dodgy looking teenagers and popcorn was all over the floor. Didn’t go back until recently because I work near there now. Very impressed. The seats are good but not as adjustable and comfy as The Showcase ones. The tray tables are a great idea. Always very clean and tidy, the toilets are immaculate. No dodgy people hanging around in gangs looking shifty. Yes...expensive for the ticket and the food and drink but I suppose you are paying for a “luxury” experience. Went to Bradford Cineworld recently, very old fashioned and awful cramp seats. Also it smelt like wet dogs in there. Shan’t be going there again. Odeon first choice, Showcase second choice only due to the distance, Cineworld Bradford? Never again!

User

Went to see Jurassic World yesterday which was fab. The Odeon is our favourite Cinema but we always book online to ensure we get the best seats! Sadly service in the food area is always so slow- staff should actually realise we have paid to watch a film not watch them fill up a tray of nachos and get a drink in slow motion. Try investing more in good staff and you could get a 5 * next time!!

User

Well were do I start! £6 pound for fries! Seriously! Nope not paid it.... expensive food if that’s what you wanna call it... My daughters HOTDOG was like cardboard! Overpriced at that... Drinks machine wasn’t filling up properly all self help ... Tango slush wasant slushy it had melted within miniutes... No Toilet roll in ladies .... Smelt of bad drainage! Really bad.... Not clean at all... Manners of staff wasant very good either went inside up to our seats near screen as it was 5 mins for film starting and a lad cleaning the cinema near chairs popped up from nowhere and said oh you can’t come in yet Iam cleaning it! Phhhfft... told us to go out.... Then he didant even let us know we could go back in another customer told us because we waited outside.... It’s way too dark near end screen 9 I fell when went to toilet .... not good if was a kid... I will never go again...

Saw Infinity War yesterday - spoilt by non-stop chattering throughtout, staff had to intervene. Need to make clear where to buy tickets that haven’t been pre-booked (sweet counter) but there’s no mention of it. Will stick to Showcase I’m afraid

User

Cinema, amenities and staff were up to usual good quality. However, let down on this occasion by two factors; car park not prepared for bad weather therefore became a death trap and internal stairwell / food area had a strong smell of vomit. (Not good environment to be queuing in)

Although improvements have been made I'm not impressed with the costs of food and drinks as I believe it's expensive. I'm also not impressed with the food bundles as I don't believe it's value for money. I'm also unhappy with the fact the seats and chairs have been removed outside the cinema doors. Before we could wait outside on the seats waiting for our cinema room to be prepared and to converse with another but sadly that luxury is no more. I also witnessed a group of friends buying food bundles that consisted of a variety of foods and drinks, but no staff were available to assist with carrying the food and drinks to the cinema room. The customers had to return a couple of times to collect their food and drinks. I believe the Odeon needs better resources such as extra staff or trays to carry conveniently carry food and drinks.

User

Was ok. Not as good as showcase. Seats didn’t recline as much and not as comfy. I don’t move in the ones at showcase and wasn’t that comfy here. Ice blasts weren’t as big even tho had more flavours. Bit of a further drive but for me it’s showcase

User

Horrendous service this morning, lots of patrons made it in, shame the staff couldn't be bothered to. Saw a variety of taxi services running through town and majority of roads were clear. No excuse no refunds either apparently.
