How time flies when you're having a busy summer. We've been so caught up with volume of work this Summer we've forgotten to announce that we'll be having a 🌞Summer Giveaway Competition 🌞 throughout August.

Thank you all for your custom this week. It's that time again where we put our feet up and see you again on Monday.
What a wonderful week we've had in terms of the weather :) There's nothing better than glorious sunshine. Slightly ruined by today's washout though. Still... we've managed to smash out just under 200 repairs between the 3 of us this week, so again, thank you for choosing PC Revamp and popping down to see us.
Sue's on holiday next week with Jac covering her shift...s so services will resume as normal. It's a bit in advance but worth the mention anyway, we'll be closed Monday 26th August - Saturday 31st August. Sue will be tying the knot with her fiance Phil, so myself (Paul) and Sam have decided to take this as an opportunity to take the week off and spend some time with the kids over the holidays.
Remember: While pre-bookings aren't always necessary or essential, we do encourage it. This is to save on waiting times if you're needing a quick turn-around or a "fix while you wait service". Walk-in repairs are always welcome, but to save on disappointment or not having an on-the-spot repair carried out (due to pre-bookings taking priority), we do encourage pre-booking. We've had to turn down 2-3 repairs today because of this. Bookings can be made via our Facebook Appointment section or via our Website. Or....simply drop us a message and we'll do this for you.

Here we have a totally dead iPhone 6 Plus which came in for water damage. Even with a new screen and battery it failed to start up.
We've cleaned off any corrosion on the main logic board, put this through our Ultrasonic machine and managed to get the phone working using the original screen (and a new battery).
Luckily this was an inexpensive repair as the customer only needed the data from the phone so no parts were needed to be paid for. We did a data backup in store for th...e customer.
