Impressing the in-laws this Chr*****s already on your mind? We'll look no further because this amazing dining table is sure to impress!
Its a fantastic piece of furniture in both quality and appearance. It's super chunky, very solid and really rather heavy! Its covered in pretty carved detail, has lovely curvy legs and a shapely oval top. The legs all remove easily simply bolting on. There's four bolts in each leg meaning it's very sturdy when together.
... I've gone for a very French country look on this as I feel it works well with the style. I've painted it in Annie Sloan Old White Chalk Paint™️ with a distressed finish. This shows off all the pretty detail beautifully. I've used clear wax to seal the paint, buffing it to a lovely waxy polish.
The top has a wash out, worn look to the wood that really adds to the French country charm. It was white washed which didn't look great with the crisp white bottom so I gave it a fresh wash in Annie Sloan's Honfleur to get it back to a wood tone. I've then given it several coats of gloss varnish for protection. There are some marks and light scratching on the top but I feel that these only add to the French Country look and it is smooth to the touch all over.
All in all, this table would make a really stunning centre piece in any dining room

I've had to buy more of this beautiful wall paper, I'm just so addicted to it! In this case I've used it to cover a Scandinavian style dining chair that I feel works perfectly with the style of the wallpaper.
The chair has beechwood legs with with metal caps and a lovely curved seat design. Its lightweight but strong.

This chunky pine sideboard has been completed to order for John. My muscles are getting a great workout with all these big heavy items recently!
I've painted this in Annie Sloan's Graphite with a gold distressed effect. I've then used a clear mat varnish to finish. New knobs to follow!

This sideboard was completed to order for Sally last week. It's sooo heavy I couldn't get it out for photos on my own and when I finally had help it was raining, typical!
It's in Annie Sloan's Paris Grey with satin varnish for a crisp clean finish. Painted to match an identical sideboard I did for Sally years ago!

Where to start!
Its a wardrobe, it's a beautiful wardrobe, it's a big beautiful wardrobe! And when I say big, I mean huge. Its got three doors split into two sections. The two doors on the left have a nice long rail and a shelf above. The door on the right has four lovely deep shelves. You can get so many clothes in this! All doors are locking and two keys are included.
... Its made of solid wood with the front and sides being oak in a medium stain. Its very French in its style, although originally from Belgium, with a beautiful curvy shape with plenty of carved detail and mouldings. It has a lovely scalloped bottom edge and really cute Queen Anne legs.
Probably the best thing about this is it fully dismantles. The doors all lift off, then the pelmet, then all the sides and back, leaving you with the base. Its very well built and everything slots together beautifully. There's only four screws to put it together! The biggest bits are the top pelmet and base. This would fit into a longer car, would get up anyone's stairs and go through any narrow doorway.
It's in excellent condition structurally and great condition cosmetically. The only notable damage is the crack inside and the light scratch on one door (see photos). These have both heavily reduced the price.
Measures: 81" wide, 24" deep and 81" tall
Available for the bargain price of £295 as photoed.

I've gone full on peacock with the latest item in the shop. Its a handy side table/ plant stand. Its extremely solid and got great weight to it.
The colours I've used are Annie Sloan Chalk Paint™️ in Florence, Napoleonic Blue and Antibes Green. Each fades into the next creating a beautiful ombre effect. I've added a little gold detail which compliments all three colours perfectly.
... I've used clear wax to seal the paint, making the colours lovely and rich. I've then gone one step further and used black wax to add an aged effect to the paint. Finally, I've buffed it to a polished finish.
Measures: 16" wide, 16" deep and 29.5" tall

Such a stunning standard lamp! Its great quality, in excellent condition and got rucks of beautiful carved detail.
The way I've painted this has all been to show off that lovely detail. I've used Annie Sloan's Country Grey Chalk Paint™️ first with lots of texture in the paint work. I've then used a dry brushing technique in Old White to catch the detail and the brush strokes, enhancing both.
... I've used clear wax to seal the paint then a dark wax to give the paint an anqtique finish and highlight the carvings further. Finally, I've buffed it to a lovely slight sheen.
Tested and working, bulb not included.
Measures: 54.5" tall, 63" with shade
