We nip in frequent. Friendly atmosphere, quirky decor. Whilst I enjoy the ciders on offer my other half informs me the ales are pretty dam good too 'platform is a drinking ale' .... apparently. Always enjoy nipping in.

Popped on yesterday. Had a pint of the Platform Blonde twas a very well kept pint and at s great price of £2:50. Lots of other real ales to choose from and as the friendly barman told us they have 34 ciders on too. The music and atmosphere and cheerful decor made us want to stay longer and try more but alas we didnt have time this time. BUT we wil definately be back �����

Hidden gem for real ale lovers. Great place to wait for train in cold weather if you've got half hour spare. Live train times above bar and a railway theme throughout. Cosy.

Great selection of drinks, really cosy and some great character. Much better than before! Give it a go!

Great micro pub. Some very good ideas with decor and furnishings. The beer is outstanding and well presented. Highly recommended.

First visit and it's strange it's so different to places we have been and we have been all over it's clean staff are great it's just different call in there's plenty of choice with regards to drink
