Two stunning pole fitness studios equipped with professional x-poles, safety mats & mirrors. Taught by qualified & insured fitness professionals.
Pole Addictz Dance & Fitness Academy Description
Pole Addictz is proud to be the very first fully PDC Approved and Recommended Pole Fitness School in Lincolnshire which means you train with a professional, fully qualified, insured and first aid trained instructor.
£6 per lesson PAYG
Pay monthly options: -
£20 = 1 lesson per week
£40 = 2 lessons per week
£60 = unlimited lessons
£25 Private Lessons (up to 2 people) £10 each for 3 or more
Pole is great fun. . I can ALMOST guarantee you will love it and start to feel body confident and sexy, as well as keeping fit and giving your body a full workout in each session.
You will start by learning basic tricks and spins to perfect each one. Each pole trick is broken down step by step and as you progress you will learn combinations of tricks, transitions and routines to progress as little or as far as you choose. We also have students in both local and national competitions if you would like to perform and compete.
There is a limit on class numbers and there will only ever be a maximum of 2 per pole.
So. . . book your place early to avoid disappointment and come and join the fun!
