Today our first hotel on the island of Jersey opens its doors to guests. On Friday we had a very special group of "inspectors" visiting from St Lawrence school, to give it their seal of approval!

the staff were very lovely and of course the room was usual perfect standard of cleanliness and comfort. we did the raffle at reception and my little girl was very happy to win 2/3�.( money went to charity) The breakfast next door was very nice and did a lovely fresh big breakfast.it also helped it had a huge player each in the back for kids� I would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 1 night over the weekend. Room was immaculate. Bed was amazing.

Gillian the receptionist is an absolute credit to you.



Could do with a few more of those milk cartons in rooms though so you can drink the tea and the coffee supplied.

We stayed at the premier inn for only one night while over seeing family but I couldn't fault anything about our stay. The staff are very friendly and were very helpful. My daughter was teething so she was up during the night a lot and they were really understanding. We will be booking in for our anniversary weekend for sure, overall extremely happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone :) Thankyou x

We booked at the start of the year as we were visiting for a wedding.

We asked in advance if an early check in was possible as we had to be at the church for 1pm and driving from the West Midlands we wanted to freshen up.

Nothing was too much trouble! We checked in just before noon, the staff on reception were very friendly, they arranged a taxi to the church and gave us details of a local taxi firm to bring us back after the celebrations.

Room was comfortable and the breakfast was great too.

Will definitely stay again

This is the best Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. We were there with a 7 and 2 year old, the staff were so friendly, yet professional and extremely helpful.

We couldn't fault the room, the beds were comfy and all well made.

We would definitely stay again.

Stayed here over the past 2 weekends with my husband and 1 year old. We couldn't fault it at all!

Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful and they were fantastic with my son. Our room was clean and comfortable, it was a little warm but nothing compared to other places we have stayed and a fan was provided.

Highly recommended!

Lovely friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble. Really comfortable room had a really good nights sleep. In the Brewers Fayre food was excellent a bit of a mix up on service at dinner, but soon sorted, breakfast was great and staff were lovely.

I enjoy my stays here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and always enjoy the breakfast.

Having endured a long journey from the South, and a mess up with a booking at another hotel, I called PI Bradford South and spoke to the most amazing receptionist named Gillian. She picked up on my tone of voice (which I thought was quite chirpy) when she said 'you sound as though you've had a long day' (I had !). There was a room available and after completing the normal booking procedure Gillian to,d me she would draw my curtains and leave me a hot chocolate. Gillian was on reception when I arrived, and honestly I felt as though I'd arrived home! So caring, so efficient in processing the details required. When I got to my room there was a cellophane bag with the hot chocolate sachet, milk, sugar and some mini marshmallows plus a handwritten note. I've never, ever had such a wonderful welcome. Please make sure Gillian gets some recognition, she is a fabulous asset to Premier Inn 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had the best 2 days at Bradford south premier inn. All staff are amazing, reception, housekeeping through to the restaurant. Highly recommend. Thank you for a comfortable stay. See you again soon.

Great Premier Inn. We always stay here when visiting family and it's always clean, quiet and the staff are super friendly. Always sleep well on the hypnos bed!

Everytime we come up to Yorkshire we have always stayed here. It is a lovely clean, friendly place to stay. The staff are very helpful the lady on the desk who's name was Bex was extremely helpful nothing was to much trouble. The rooms are beautifully made up the family room that we always have is plenty big enough the beds are really comfortable the rooms have everything in them to help make your stay enjoyable.

Best premier Inn we've stayed at and we visit lots of them!! Lovely touch of towel teddies for the kids too. Especially as we had forgotten theirs from home. Hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond what is expected of them. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and visit again. Restaurant next door very good service too and breakfast choice was amazing!! All in all fantastic hotel xx

Best Premier Inn I've ever stayed at. This was a lot to do with the really nice friendly young man on reception. He was absolutely great. I was staying the night with my ten year old Grandaughter and he chatted to her a lot. Room immaculate and loved the hot choc, choc bar and marshmallows in the film we were given. Well done to the staff.

Although this PI is situated next to a main road (which our room overlooked) the Windows / Glazing kept the noise out so their guarantee of a good night sleep was fulfilled. This was our second stay there. Staff very friendly.

A nice clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Would stay again.

The room was great but very warm, Chuffed there is shampoo and body wash but please remind me next time I book to have some conditioner packed as that stuff leaves my hair like straw... Breakfast was yummy and filling.

I stay at a premier inn every week and every week I have to fill in a form,asking my nationality.. why.. you would think filling in one form would be enough but I have to fill in a form every week!!!!!!
