Past few weeks we have been coming too and from this job and the end result is looking good!
A lot of work was required, digging up concrete floor, altering soil/waste and heating pipes. Repairing concrete floor then levelling floor. Boarding all the walls, tiling, flooring and finally second fix.
... Not the biggest of rooms but we made it work and installed a good size 900 x 1100 shower tray.

New look for the van!

Geez almost a year gone since last christmas and I have posted only once!

Just had my first Christmas day call out, water pouring through ceiling!! Burst unvented cylinder expansion tank. Their ceiling is falling down now poor them. Then whilst out on this call I get another!!!!

Old Worcester 28 CDi RSF boiler out and a new condensing Worcester Greenstar 32 CDi in. New magnetic filter and scale inhibitor and full clean of the heating system.

New bathroom in Poppleton. Again no before photos as the lads started stripping this one out but it was a medium sized bathroom with Big built in cylinder cupboard. This housed the boiler and cylinder so our first job was removing the boiler and installing a new one in the loft. We then removed the cupboard and repaired all the damage, thanks to Daniel Warren for plastering our ceiling. Once we had a bare shell we turned it into a very nice bathroom with Jacuzzi whirlpool bath. All tiling, flooring, plumbing completed by Reynolds Plumbing on this one.

New fire and surround

Another recent Bathroom refurb, I never got a final photo after skirting and tiling around basin had been completed.

New unvented cylinder in loft, currently being wired up to the PV solar panels for free hot water.
