It’s the last week of classes before we break up for the Easter holidays! Please make sure you have paid any outstanding fees before Friday 12th April.

Autism makes up a big part of Rising Stars as many of our pupils - and a girl close to my heart - have it.
Autism is all about finding out what the individual likes and dislikes, finding a unique way to communicate with every individual and knowing how to encourage each individual in a way to gain the best out of them!

The members are absolutely devastated and this session is so important for those who want to come and get fit and healthy in a friendly safe environment and gain skills without being judged.

Once anyone with additional needs turns 16 it’s really difficult to find activities that they can enjoy, especially any that enhance their health and fitness.
