Can't praise Robert Watts enough. Worked really hard to sell our property, worked even harder after the sale to make it happen. Best estate agent we've ever used.

The most corrupt business to rent from. They support the most awful landlords whose only intentions is to make money from you. They do not care what condition a property is in. They do not care how many faults are within that property. They do not care how it affects your health. I lived in a property rented through robert watts for just over 9 months. The bath leaked and ruined the downstairs walls on the first day! ( I have photos) They didnt seem interested in the slightest. To this day the bath never got fixed, 9 months! 9 months and they still didnt fix the bath. There was a drainpipe that went from the garden straight into the cellar, it took them 3 week to fix that.. Which destroyed the cellar floor due to water damage. There was that many issues with the property that i cannot list them all as there isnt enough space. After we complained about many of the issues we had there builder come around to inspect the damage then 2 days later we were served with our 2 months notice to leave. Classic revenge eviction. Even better is that they are now trying to claim off of my deposit for damages caused by there negligence. Such as marks on walls because there was not a door stop so the door has knocked on the wall. Or trying to charge me for a full floor fitting in a cellar because they couldnt be bothered to cap a pipe off. Or for the fact they are wanting me to pay for a new blind because I had fit my own blind 3 times because the landlords was ruined by water damage from a window leak. I have rang up your cleckheaton office to be told this "We work for the landlord not you, If you have issues contact DPS" How dare they. Do they forget who pays there wages? it isnt the landlord it is the MUGS that they get to live in the horrible properties that they advertise. Aslong as it has windows and doors and running water they consider it a 5* property. Avoid at all costs, I contacted DPS who have told me to start taking legal action as it happens that often. Time to make an example of your company on how corrupt you are! Your an absolute disgrace of a company.
