We came to the cafe today where a lady called Enid served us....would just like to take this opportunity to say what a wonderful asset to your company she is! Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly...nothing was too much trouble and she was as helpful with every customer we saw her serve. Will hopefully be back next week.

not a right lot i can say about it it's paying the bills, but good all way round, good banter,

My only grumbles are that the air conditioning was way too cold. I was blue when I came out and the coffee machine was still broken in the cafe.... not good by the management to not replace or arrange an engineer to fix it. Not good customer service to have to make your own coffee from a jar!!

I have shopped with you for years now as an online shopper, due to having weak wrists following an accident I can no longer carry heavy bags. Today my order was due from the Bradford store between 9:30 and 10:30. There was an online message saying that due to the weather my order would get to me as soon as possible but would be late. I accepted this as it is quite bad weather. All main roads are now clear. However at 12:45 I decided to ring the helpline number only to be told after 20 minutes holding that all deliveries from the Bradford store had been cancelled and I would have been told by text or email. NOPE. No text no email and the operator checked both the address and the number which were correct. Absolutely disgusted is an understatement. !!! Had I received the message earlier that I should have received then I could have got someone to take me to the store instead of waiting for three and a half hours to then find out it was cancelled. Bad customer service Sainsbury’s. I totally understand the reasons behind having to cancel but at least have the courtesy to let people know. Morrison’s are out delivering their orders in Bramley as my daughter received hers. Perhaps it’s time to change.

Hi I was only in for some tins of dog food, for my dog

Had breakfast at the cafe today. It was horrid. Scrambled eggs that tasted like rubber bacon looked like it had been boiled toast was so soggy I couldn't believe. True waste of £5.

I went on Saturday afternoon with my wife to get a coffee . I went to the toilet and was in the cubicle with door locked when 4 boys aged about 13 years old came in and kicked the door in. They then ran off down the car park. The security staff questioned one of the boys who got left behind but I got no apology. Gangs of young boys should not be allowed to wander in and out and generally run riot when there are families shopping and people like myself who just want a coffee and to use the loo. I am 66 years old .
