For the next 3 months if you contact Single Point of Access 01302 566999 on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening there will be an alternative to attending A&E.

For the eighth year running we have achieved a five star rating from the British Safety Council!
The assessment, as part of the Occupational Health and Safety Audit, is the eighth year in a row that the company has received this accreditation for its approach to health and safety.
The independent audit measured performance against key health and safety management best practice indicators and a detailed review of over sixty component elements – as part of a comprehensive, quan...tified and robust evaluation of its occupational health and safety policies, processes and practices.
The accreditation also acknowledges our commitment towards the continual improvement of health and safety management systems and associated arrangements.
David Parr, Policy and Technical Services Director at the British Safety Council, said:
“The award of a five-star grading following our occupational best practice Health and Safety Audit is an outstanding achievement and is reflective of a proactive organisation which is committed to continual improvement in its health and safety arrangements and managing risks to workers’ health, safety and welfare. St Leger Homes should be very proud of this achievement.”
Paul Tanney, Chief Executive of St Leger Homes, said:
“We are delighted that this independent audit has shown that we continue to be a best practice organisation when it comes to health and safety. To achieve a five-star rating for eight years in a row underlines how much we value health and safety as an organisation, and that we continue to put this at the heart of everything we do.”

Just had our bathroom redone, and i must say over the last 3 days all the st leger people who have been here working have all been very pleasent and polite. One even politely turned down a cuppa!! :)

My biggest shout out though is the lady electrician that i had, worked hard, got her head down and did what she had to do, even after half of my old roof fell down on them both... She helped to tidy up the mess when i told her didnt have to. So Thank you Lady Electrician! :)

Other than that, my bathroom looks FAB!!

User

I think this page is very useful for tenants as they can give information without having to be on phone for a long time

Absolutely brilliant support given to struggling ex service personnel. Thank you

Paid to have a gas cooker installed when the gas fitter arrives he told us that this and that is not right and had to bring the it up to standard. In addition the bayonet fixing on the flexible hose was broken all this despite we have an annual inspecton.

As the cooker was about to be fitted we discovered that the company had sent the wrong cooker. I phoned the company and they told me that we could use the cooker until the new one arrived a week later. I then told the fitter It's ok you can fit the cooker, he said he could fit the cooker but if he did we have to pay another £78:00 to have the new cooker installed. which meant that if we didn't have the cooker fitted we would have go a week without any means of cooking a meal my wife and I are both on pension. Luckely when I phoned the company who supplied the cooker the said they would fit the new cooker free of charge so much for customer service not impressed with a company who would leave you a week without means to cook a meal unless we paid another £78:00 that would have been £156:00 in total through no fault of are own.

st leger homes are a joke . I've taken on a house that's had to have walls taken out because they contain asbestos. 3 weeks since I've had keys and still can't move in. over 20 repairs that have been reported and complaints department are arrogant and don't care. 10 days is up on the complaint tomorrow and now Alex tighe is on holiday for 4 days after her saying she was ringing me back today!!!. can t be bothered to sort anything out and they complain that u ring twice a day for updates!!! if u rang me back I wouldn't have to!!!! I just don't have the words to describe how bad they are!!!!!

User

Yet agen st leger I'm left with no heating and water...... heating is OK it's summer.

But I'm so mad that I'm working nights all weekend in a care home and I'm not going to be able to have a bath or a shower... because I've had this now on more then 1 occasion having my gas cut off not for 1 day but I'm going 3 days. I've asked for a shower to be installed numerous times and all I'm told is not down to us..... Erme hang on this house is ur property and u have a duty to provide ur tenant with essential means and or an olternative... (boiler or Emerson heater bath shower) I have no emersion heater the least u could do is install a shower. I'm a working mum with 3 kids and now yet agen I've got to look after people all SMELLY... it 2017 not the 1900s

User

Wouldn't even give one star if I could, rang up said we had no hot water or heating at all because the pressure on the boiler dropped and they said the best they could do was tomorrow knowing the flat reaches less than 10 degrees thanks to a vent they haven't closed up which lets all outside air inside, also our shower has gone haywire and because we have a bath they said they don't NEED to fix it, well Doncaster council pull your fingers out your bum and actually make these houses family liveable or at least with no complications next door have said that they have to do the boiler themselves because council are useless

User

User

Want to know what leger homes do when you have water pouring into the walls of your home for 10 month NOTHING they will ignore you even when the walls are soaking wet & destroyed your furniture . They will still say you must wait 4 months but what they mean is get lost that is what they have done to me for 10 months.now having to book into hotel. That is how they treat 61 yr old disabled widow.guess it will be another 10 month before they do any thing about call made reporting cistern overflowing. It a bugger when you have to put futniture into storage & pay for hotel. But if leger homes do not care about flooding the home then why the hell shoul i worry. Guess i will have to serve the summons. C u in court.

St leger home your a joke leaving me and two kids in a damp and mould house this been going on since 2014 to be told there nothing they can do

User

St Leger homes are a joke!! My elderly parents live in a council bungalow and have terrible moss in their front garden on which my dad who’s 75 has slipped and fell on it this morning!! Rang them to be told it’s their responsibility!! They have spent many pounds on trying to get rid of it... think it’s disgusting that St Leger homes won’t do anything to help the elderly!!!

User

Really do hope you lose the contract for council houses yet again no gas this is the 3rd time the last time it was winter we had snow and you cut our gas off for over a wk and gave us 2 poxy little electric heaters and you had zero urgency this time were told to use the backup boiler what the one that doesn't exist.then told to use our shower what the one we've been asking for for over 4 yrs but told no we won't fit one.....then told well nothing we can do till next wk just boil the kettle for baths..family of 5 and a 1 ltr kettle lol your a joke maybe if your workers got out the van instead of sitting in it for an hr on arrival then trying to put a note through the door saying they called and we weren't in which I got into an argument last time with the guy after he tried it lazy joke of a guy.all the best a disgruntled customer

User

Lived in Silverwood house for two years and it’s driving me mental. This building mainly consists of pensioners who are unable to use stairs, yet again for the 3rd time in 2weeks we have not one lift that’s working. One shut down for renovation the other “broke” again. All you ever get when you make a complaint about anything is a patronising “we are trying our best”!! Obviously your best is having a detrimental effect on a lot of residents and tensions are running high here and no one is listening.

User

I have just had a shower fitted today for my daughter today and they have left a right mess didn't clean up after themselves, broke my toilet seat, didn't panel all the way around the bath where they was supposed to...All the workers said take it up with st leger homes!!

User

I don't believe they take full care or responsibility of their properties or fully look in to issues people raise. Especially when it involves more than one household. The conditions they are expecting us to live in while my partner is pregnant is unbelievable. They think a couple of mice traps will resolve a far bigger issue involving us and quite obviously neighbours. Between the Council and St Leger it's a bit of a joke.

User

Absolutely shocking service! My mothers gas fire was condemned 3 years ago and is still in the house and has not been replaced! Kitchen cupboard doors are falling off and have been for the last year and half! We call them up and we get the same excuse all the time....we are not in your area!

Bunch of cowboys!

User

Absolutely disgusted how your staff speak to me and my partner over the phone and face to face! Especially that Janet sharkey horrible woman. Me and my partner went outside to show Janet and the man with glasses something from outside and I forgot my fob and got locked out, Janet and the man walked away from me when I asked how to get back into my block completely walked away making me walk round on the garden when I didn't have no shoes or socks on my feet when the garden is full of dog shit. She spoke to me and my partner like crap on her shoe! Thing st ledger needs to hire new appropriate staff. What a joke you guys are.
