Yesterday we arrived at the centre when I realised my mum's mobility scooter wouldn't work. I went to ask a member of staff if there was a wheelchair I could rent? I think her name was Gill, she was cleaning. She radioed to someone to ask, but explained you are not allowed to take them out of the Centre (we wanted to go to Debenhams). She told me she would see what she could do. No one answerd, so she took me to the management suite. They kindly let me borrow a wheelchair. The lady (Gill) then told me what to do when I bring it back. She was so nice and helpful. It made a very stressful situation better. Thank you for helping.

User

We borrowed a wheelchair today from St Stephens and the staff were so helpful. They brought it out to us in the car park then even pushed my dad back to the car in it when I had my hands full with my little boy. It made such a difference, really appreciate the gestures

Visited yesterday with my mum and seven month old baby. We used the baby changing room for the time and we were very impressed. The padded changing mat was lovely and room very clean, there was even a seat for Grandma to sit on! Good job St Stephens and to the people who keep the baby changing area clean.

User

No sooner had we arrived at St. Stephens when a lovely lady called Gill Brown who was a 'Here to Help' assistant came over to us and gave us directions to where we wanted to be and told us what shops/restaurants there were in the centre. Our grateful thanks go out to her. Very impressed.

User

Massive thanks to Tahiya and Sara for their exceptional customer service atbui@[8783725165:Build-A-Bear Workshop] . I wasn't aware they did a story time at the branch (I failed to notice a sign stating they were doing storytelling) but it was fun listening to the Paw Patrol story (I now finally know what Paw Patrol actually is). I already have a Pikachu and was looking at the Squirtles and Eevees to add to my collection and I ended up having a blast chatting to the lovely staff at the shop who were more than willing to answer my questions and give me info on their products. I've also learnt a few things about the characters so Tahiya and Sara clearly know their stuff!

Thanks again for making a dull day so much brighter! I'll be coming back to get my squirtle on payday.

User

Can I just say that today is the first time I have used the baby changing facilities and they are fantastic!!! Not only are they clean, smell lovely, have a seat in and a big changing area, they have a vending machine for nappies and wipes incase you find out when you get there you have none (which can happen) they also have been very thoughtful in having hand towels instead of a hand drier that scares babies half to death!!! Best changing area in hull :-) oh and the shops aren't bad either lol :-) thank you st Stephens

User

My Mum was in the Argos in St Stephen's yesterday and became unwell, my sister and I would like to thank the lady serving her who helped her. She looked after Mum and got a security guard to come and walk her to the station and make sure she got safely on the bus. Mum said they were both lovely we all thank you for your kindness.

User

Be ok if the staff New what time late night shopping was on!! Drove through from brid to find all shops shutting normally have a good time there but this is annoying!!

User

Used to be good, now every shop I liked has left. So I have no interest in going

User

Not a fan really. Could be better and warmer with better shops in it but it's good that the people of hull have a good option.

User

It's like running the gauntlet in St Stephens trying to avoid being accosted by charities and sales people!! I was literally grabbed by the arm as I was walking in there by a young woman who then tried to drag me to her charity lottery stand. She was so aggressive. If you want to go in there in now it's literally head down and avoid eye contact with them all. It ruins the shopping experience completely. Fed up of them all. I'll be avoiding the place from now on I'm afraid.

User

Parked at 4.30, stayed for 1hr37 and got charged an extra £1 for going over 6pm by 7 mins, simply because I was spending more money on my way out to the car park. Really poor show, won't be coming back, and spend my money elsewhere.

User

I found the cinema really cold and there was a few patches in the screen. Not tears but just patches very small that let light through I did learn to ignore them and enjoyed the film immensely but it was soooo cold. I could not mention it when I came out of the film cos there was no one about and had to get back to car.. I did email them and the response was. Well what can I say but it was as though the person did not really care. So in future I will go to another cinema

User

Finding condoms in a public lift wasn't a pleasant experience. Any child could pick that up. I think your cleaning staff need to keep on top of things!!!

User

Disgusting place. Fact that soon as you walk in to the place they think they have the right to scan my phone for personal data, information and anything else they wish too. They do not have my permission for this. All they have is a silly orange sticker on the park Street entrance door . This sticker is not even the size of a piece of paper !!!!!!!

User

Car park is terrible. Just taken 15minutes to get parked. In a tiny space. Which we end up paying for. Car park needs sorting out!
