Street Farm Cottages provide luxurious and homely self catering accommodation. Set in the countryside on a 400 acre working arable farm, the three spectacular barn conversion cottages offer a perfect getaway.

Ideally situated just 10miles from historic York and within easy reach of the beautiful East Yorkshire Coast, Street Farm Cottages provide luxurious and homely self catering accommodation. Set in the countryside on a 400 acre working arable farm, the three spectacular barn conversion cottages offer a perfect getaway, whether it be an intimate romantic break or a family holiday. The one, two and three bedroom cottages are set around a picturesque gravelled courtyard and have been sympathetically converted to the highest standard and retain many original features including exposed beams and high ceilings.
These stunning barn conversions are beautifully decorated, well furnished, spacious and are immaculately presented. Each cottage has a decked outdoor area with private hot tub, patio furniture and a BBQ so you can enjoy the summer alfresco.
All three cottages have a fully equipped kitchen with impressive granite worktops, washer /dryer and dishwasher. There is also free WIFI available for all our guests and ample off-road parking.
A complementary welcome pack will be provided to our guests on arrival including bread, milk, tea and coffee, even a bottle of wine. All bed linen and towels are provided, including extra towels for use with the hot tub.

We've stayed in Barn Owl Cottage on two occasions now and had a fabulous time. There isn't a kitchen that's more well equipped and the beds are amazingly comfortable. All the cottages gave been completed to a high standard and it's an ideal spot to stay. The owners are brilliant at responding to any questions and queries you may have. Highly recommended
We stayed in Partridge Cottage last week & it was amazing. The cottage is gorgeous, clean and looked after and having your own private hot tub makes the break very special. The owners are lovely and friendly and ensure everything you could need for the holiday is provided. Thank you very much āŗ x
We stayed at the barn owl house and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent accommodation and hospitality.
The weather was, unfortunately, not good but we ventured out in spite of it getting drenched at the Brontes home at Haworth. Not to be put off, we stayed a little nearer the next day and got drenched at Castle Howard. Third day we got lucky and enjoyed a great walk through Whitby in the sun, ruining our diets with ice cream.
Our visit to Nunnington Hall was a very pleasant experience.
A National Trust property in the Howardian Hills that manage to serve a very good afternoon tea in the 1660's built stately home.
All this and a couple of trips to wander around York, taking in the Shambles and associated market streets made up an entertaining holiday in an excellently fitted and furnished house at a very reasonable cost.
We are in Nightingale Cottage for my Birthday its beautiful would recommend & would definately come again. Love it. ļæ½
This is our 4th stay in Nightingale Cottage, it has now become a family tradition for 3 generations to get together for a week of rest and relaxation every Easter. Nightingale is a superb place to stay, the cottage itself is incredibly well equipped and tastefully furnished and decorated. All fixtures and fittings are top spec and everything is spotlessly clean. We all sleep incredibly well in the comfy beds and relax on an evening in the living room. The hot tub is a huge bonus and is well used by the whole family. The family owners are just so lovely and welcoming, it really is like coming home when we arrive at the start of our weeks stay. Thank you so much for the lovely goodies, your thoughtfulness is very much appreciated. Donāt change anything, you have a fantastic business which well and truly ticks EVERY box and is streets ahead of any competition ( excuse the pun). See you Easter 2019. The Robinson Family x
Stunning and spacious cottage! - Nightingale Cottage
We have just returned from a weekās family holiday at the Nightingale Cottage. The cottage is amazing and loved the large hot tub! Very comfortable, well equipped with everything you would need. It even has a double oven should you be entertaining a large group or cooking Christmas dinner etc.. If you are a large group and hiring the other cottages too, then the Nightingale has enough crockery and cutlery etc to cater for you all.
The three double bedrooms are large with comfy beds and lovely ensuites which have high spec fittings.
The hosts (Becky & Den) were amazing as unfortunately our daughter became ill and was rushed to hospital in an ambulance with my wife and ended up being admitted for almost the whole holiday. The owners kept in touch with me the whole time we were there to check on how our daughter was and as my wife had gone in the ambulance, Den drove to the hospital to pick up my wife so that she could come back for some overnight clothes and collect our car.
On our departure date, Becky then very kindly gave our daughter a box of chocolates too which was a lovely thought. For a week which was very stressful with our daughter being in hospital, Becky and her family really went the extra mile to help out as much as they could and we are very grateful to them
I would definitely recommend this cottage to others as the cottage is lovely and well situated too for Leeds, York, Harrogate with the moors and beaches close by too.

Stayed at the nightingale cottage for my daughters 2nd birthday with my partner and a few friends and we loved it, the cottage is just amazing and beautifully presented. Everyone enjoyed use of the hot tub. The staff was great too, greet you on arrival and then just leave you to enjoy yourselves. All in all a great stay in a great location, can't wait to come back..
Spent Christmas in nightingale cottage with my sister, brother in law and 2 kids it was amazing donāt have any negatives . The Christmas tree even had gifts under it when we arrived a lovely welcome basket with milk bread gin and Christmas cake and pudding . Fantastic xx

The cottage is so well equipped and welll furnished it is like a home from home.
The cottage is decorated to a very high standard with lots of lovely sparkly granite and wooden beams.
The large roll top bath in the bedroom is fantastic as is the large walk in shower down stairs.
The whole cottage is spotlessly clean and lovely and warm especially last week when we had had some snow.
The private hot tub is a great bonus.
The location is lovely and the owners are friendly and welcoming.
On arrival there was a lovely basket of local goodies and some milk and fresh crusty bread.
Our stay was so relaxing we didn't want to leave

Iv just spent Monday to Friday staying at the cottage it is the most relaxing few days in long time .we were well looked after with the complimentary basket to start us off .the warmth and comfortable cottage in some very cold days .the owners are so welcoming make you feel relaxed from day one .very helpful would love to go back soon .
Friendly spotlessly clean cottage. Near to York with plenty to do. Not far from n Yorkshire coast so Whitby and robin hoods bay well worth a short drive. Local pubs fantastic too with the best hot tub ever to relax.

Good beds as well which makes a change to cheep mattresses which give a good nights sleep. Would definitely go back. Secure, clean and very homely. Thank you.
