Went for my eyebrows threading after speaking with the lady who recommended a tint I agreed to this and couldn't be happier with the results ��

The ladies in Tams are the nicest and most wonderful therapists. They truly make Tams a special place to fufil your beauty needs... i had shellac mani and pedi done here and ive had my eyebrows and lashes done. The customer service is top notch and other salons should take note. My nails are wonderful and i wish i could put a picture here to show you ��

My family went there had really good experience No doubt they have excellent services with better quality and staff are really friendly Nd helpfully � Recommended...

Aways come here for Hollywood waxing. The lady does a fantastic job, so quick & takes care in services she provides. I travel from South Wales to Bradford to have this done due to relocating last September. I have not managed to find a waxing lady like the one at Tams. Once again. Thank you very much for fitting me in this morning xxx

Always go here to have my eyebrows and waxing done, love my shape and the finish is always really clean. So impressed, especially after my last arm wax. Not a hair in sight! Really loving the new nails they are using too, long lasting and find them much more comfortable to wear. Keep doing what you are doing ladies! Would definitely recommend!

went in with eyebrows left with none dont recommended at all,i was unhappy and the woman had the cheek to say she couldn’t do anything about it and said that i should simply just pencil them on

Went yesterday for infills as couldn't get to usual nail salon. Cost me 28£ for this where I go it's £20 and includes any repairs and glitter etc. Staff were talking on phone in own language while she was doing my treatment and also holding conversations between themselves. The infill were done very thinly and there were bumps and chips left in the nails. The polish looked like a child had applied it and chipped within 30 mins. Today one nail has totally snapped off something that has never happened when I have had infill done elsewhere. Disappointed with the service as it has really gone down since opening when there were more staff and they were very professional and took pride and care on their work. Will not be wasting my money here again. It will now cost me to go to my normal salon to put the nails right as I doubt I will be offered any kind of refund. Avoid this salon not worth the money they charge

Very rude and horrible manager my nails fell off after a day

Totally took the piss out of me! I went for a interview last Thursday and she said I could have the job as long as I wanted, id get paid minimum wage and she train me in services I didn't know. Thought it was going great but yesterday I had half day then tam said she was Interviewing people who are fully qualified in acrylic nails which I can't do! She cba training me to do full acrylica! She changed her mind overnight!! So she talked to me and next thing I was tidying the salon and she says "katie you might as well go as I need people who are fully qualified in acrylic nails" she didn't have the guts to tell me I was sacked and apparently I was getting trained so I haven't been paid for the work, treatments I did! So I am very pissed off and disappointed and upset I been messed about before and now well not anymore people can't walk all over me again!! I just wanted my dream job in beauty but it seems so hard to find it!

Terrible experience most nails fell off within a few days & bruised finger nails will never go back ...paid £35 for quality less than primark false nails and sore fingers !! Wouldnt recommend!!

Rude and unprofessional have you sat waiting for 30 mins then can't do acrylics and eyebrows

I went to enquire about having American gel nails done showed the picture of exactly what i wanted oohhh yes white tip and gel overlay price £35 so i made appointment for Tuesday yesterday, i went showed the girl the same picture which she said i need to ring my boss then proceed to speak in there language, she back and started my nails, i should have questioned her but i thought it most be a different way instead of the white tip i got a full nail secured to my nail with acrylic which i have never seen done before she then painted the tip white shellac and then over that she painted 2 coat of this peachy beigey shellac and had the bloody cheek to still charge me £35.00, THE ONLY THING I LIKE IS THE SHAPE. So glad i decided to shop around 2 mths before my wedding and not leave it till the week get married
