What’s to fault , it’s a supermarket , and a good one with a cafe that needs more staff .

The fuel price is probably the best anywhere in the county.

Thank you to Cleethorpes click and collect team. They figuratively and literally went the extra mile and delivered, when I couldn’t get to them due to the snow. Massive thank you to the whole team.

I would like to say a very Big THANKYOU to one of your staff all I know is he is called " BRETT " he was wearing a high vis vest not sure what department he works in he was just on his way to work so hopefully he didn't get into trouble for being late ! By helping a damsel in distress !! he pushed my car to the side of the road for me yesterday afternoon after it broke down on Grimsby road Humberston & I was stuck in the middle of the road with a traffic jam behind me ! Thankyou Brett x

Went into the cafe today.

And I had salmon fishcake, chips and a side salad. I asked for chips instead of potatoes and no tomatoes or dressing on my salad.

Giving it that it was ment to be a main. It was one fishcake, about 6 chips and a handful of lettuce? Where was the rest of the salad? It looked like I ordered of a children's menu!

Staff was very friendly and helpful but the food has let it down and very high in price for what you get on the plate.

Gutted that half of ya gluten free food has gone i.e chicken and steak pies and the dr onteka pizza pepperoni gluten free ones have gone but you have fetched loads of new ones in and the weightwatcher hot pots gone as your hearty foods ones have wheat in them ......

Don’t know what is going on in your car park very poor lighting cause most of the lights are out, even round the cash machine very dark. Glad I wasn’t on my own because I don’t think I would have used it.

I would normally rate you much higher as your staff are fabulous. I know your changing the shop round but for the past couple of months the shelves have been appalling little or no fruit and veg about 11.30 is a joke. Added to this the handsets are telling you stuff is on offer and it's not. This was reported yesterday so that handsets could be updated. I have shopped again today and the problem isn't sorted yet over 24 hours. Add to this the cafe absolutely dreadful. If I'm paying for an omlette I expect an omlette not a frozen omlette that is microwaved. This is my 2nd visit. The first one was also appalling a cheese toastie or that wasn't I will never go in again. My old boss who took me to treat me to breakfast was giving it another try as his previous 2 visits were mediocre he will not be going again either. I know the cafe is not yours but your customers expect a decent standard and it's not there. Lovely guy who was going to get the chef for me bless him but there is no cheffing in microwaved omlette and rubber mushrooms great staff let down by underwhelming stock and s disgusting cafe

Poor service today 25/05/18, hubby went to have a look at the laptops & tablets, he asked one of your workers (male), about info on the said products only to be told “you will have to see someone from the phone shop dept”, so hubby went to the phone shop dept & asked someone there again a male colleague to be told by this colleague “I work in the phone shop, nothing to do with laptops/ tablets”,, well that was that, hubby just left shop, so you have lost a potential sale.

Omg I am never buying anything electrical from Tesco ever again, Hoover has bust and I cannot take it back to the store to change it or get it replaced, what’s the point of them telling you to keep hold of your receipt for a year when they do nothing for you if it breaks. Can’t ring Vax up as they are not open on a weekend so I’m now stuck with no hoover. Thank you very much Tesco your help and service is amazing....NOT!
