Tesco Extra

We went in today (29th December 2017) to the Electrical Department. Jenny went above and beyond to help us. Thanks Jenny, Amazing Assistance. You was so helpful...

Today between 1 or 2 my son and I went to a the basket checkout where a lady with blonde hair in a pony tail was working. There was an older lady in front and an older gent behind us. This woman talked to both people like they where best friends. You could see the happiness in both people's faces. Who knows these people may hardly speak to anyone for days on end and yet this lady who serves probably thousands of people made their day xxx

Neil and Chelsea today was absolutely fantastic. My partner and I was shopping with the little one and he had an allergic reaction but these two helped us and did an amazing job with him. Thank you and if this can be passed on we would be forever grateful

We were staying at holiday inn next door and went in Tesco for a snack. Food came quickly and was adequate for a supermarket cafe. Lady who took order was pleasant.

I always shop at Tesco's and the offers are.good,Tesco's own brands are really good or delicious, The staff are very helpful apart from a few.certain people who.shouldn't be there but all in all great layout on the shop floor

For the second time, I didn't receive a receipt with my home shopping delivery. This problem really needs sorting out. People really need to know how much their shopping has cost and to be able to check that they have received everything that they ordered. It really isn't good enough!

i always shop at tesco and today i wasnt a happy chappy at all!! i went to Tesco as i normally do (may i add with no problem at all) i got my shopping and as a treat for my hubby i bought him 3 cases of your carling. all was well till i got to your checkout and a very grumpy woman served me and ask for my ID which I gave her she proceeded to say "now your ID" to my sister (which i may add she is 29 and she looks it) she didnt have ID but then again why would she she WAS NOT buying the beer i was she just put the case on the conveyor belt as i struggle with heavy lifting. This woman would not accept the fact that i was buying not her!! if i went into tesco with my 13 year old son would you ask him for ID too!! or someone with a 16 year old daughter all because they was stood with them!!! needless to say the shopping i did buy got put back!! if a parking ticket comes throw my door it wont get paid as i will refuse to pay it..... plus my car is registered to my husband as he would say "ill be dead soon so you wont be able to chase him"...... the woman even said you both look old enough so why ask me for ID, im fuming but at least ASDA served me!!!!!! dont think tesco is the shopping place i want to shop at anymore.......

Toilets were disgusting!

Staff were dirty. Some staff fingernails turned my stomach and filthy trainers. (Not what I expect from a cafe)

Food was not up to scratch at all.

Shame on Tesco for not applying hygiene rules here.

1 lady in the queue even walked out due to scruffiness of the server!
