Thanks you Nurse Susan for being so kind today ..I had a really bad weekend feeling ill and you went above beyond for me this morning. Well you always do :)

Rang Friday am at 08.00 to try to get an appointment. Phone rang and rang. Then it seemed as though somebody answered the phone but put down the receiver immediately. This happened at least three times. So jumped in the car and went to surgery. Got an appointment immediately. Appointment was excellent and efficient.no so sure about the telephone experience though!

My late husband, myself and my family have been with this surgery for longer than I can remember. I can honesty say every member of staff, receptionists, nurses, doctors are all fantastic and always go that extra mile to help wherever they can. I'd have been lost without all of them so, a big thankyou from me.

My family and I have been registered at this surgery for years now. Having previously worked in a surgery for years, I most certainly appreciate that patient demands always outweigh the limited resources! Unfortunately this only gets worse �
