Very highly recommended! The decor .. ambiance .. music .. staff .. service .. and food are simply marvellous. "This has got to be the best place to eat in Doncaster" my partner said to me during the meal. We also chatted to two other parties of people during our visit who both said their steaks were the best they had ever had .. It was also nice to speak to the chef who wanted to make sure everyone was happy. I would very much recommend The Chandelier it is definitely what Doncaster needs

Just had food delivered from here and cannot fault it! Beautiful food, quick delivery considering the races were on, highly recommend and definitely will be ordering again!

Just had a Mexican takeaway and it was amazing. Never been into the restaurant but i will be doing if this is how nice the takeaway is.

I booked cocktail making for my birthday a few weeks ago, it was a disappointment that it was so difficult to get hold of anyone to confirm my booking and when we arrived on the night they thought it was the previous night. Aside from that we had an amazing time and Andy & James were great. The cocktail making is fantastic value for money and it was a nice touch that they did deals on prosecco for afterwards. Don't let the reviews put you off, it's a great venue and we will be back soon. Thank again :)

Had a wonderful pre-theatre meal here tonight before walking over to the Cast theatre. The food was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful, and the staff could not have been more accommodating to make sure we had a lovely meal and still made it out in time for the theatre. Highly recommended indeed!

Had a fantastic night in here for valentines , we were well and truly looked after by Andy,James,Steph and Andy the chef , the meal was amazing! .We will definitely be singing your praises to all our friends and will be back again soon , thanks again guys for making our evening special , regards Melanie,Eddie,Zoe and Ralph .

Fabulous addition to Doncaster! A great bar area for welcome drinks followed by an excellent meal from a varied menu. Staff were great and very attentive - we will be back soon and think it's just what Doncaster needs.

Came in for a meal on Saturday with my partner and I must say it was the most nicest tasting food I've had my partners steak was perfect and I had a seafood pasta which was amazing drinks came very fast and the customer service was amazing will definitely be back again

Manager bar staff and chef brilliant, quality food tonight last minute walk in late on, sat down straight away with a warm welcome great selection of cocktails and champagne the lighting a little to bright other than that a great venue

Despite being the only person people in the restaurant, we had a lovely night - the waiter was attentive but not overbearing, and the food was lovely. I had a delicious chicken burrito and my partner had an even more tasty Mongolian stir fried chicken dish. Overall a good experience

atmosphere good, just a few issues - staff need more training on menu, food scraps could be better placed away from toilets and front of kitchen, burgers were almost cold and dry but chicken was nice, starters were lovely but service was sporadic at times either very attentive or waiting for long periods for drinks? manager was very nice - would try again as hoping these are teething issues but left feeling mixed.

I've never been into a champagne bar in my life, and after this visit I'm not sure I'll be rushing back. The staff were really friendly, they were obviously new though. We were entertaining some clients and asked for 'a magnum', we were told 'we don't serve cider' until another staff member took over. That made us chuckle to be fair, we aren't snobs. The overpowering smell of chip pans was evident though, there was definitely a problem with the ventilation system that no amount of air freshener being sprayed liberally could mask. In fact, that made for a strange combination!



It was odd to think we were in some kind of local premier setting with the smell of mucky chip pans all around us.



I think I get what they are trying to do here, but staff training (nobody could run off a vat receipt for instance) and ventilation needs looking at. We spent over £150 on champagne in an hour and ended up smelling like we'd been working in a chippy all night.



All that said, the champers was nice and chilled ;)

Hi we went here for my birthday on 23rd of January I waited until now to write a review as I didn't want to put anything negative as I think it's great that someone has opened a nice restaurant in Doncaster, but our reservation was for 9.30pm we ordered champagne cocktail to be told they didn't have the one on the drinks list but we could have a similar alternative which was fine, we got seated at 10pm, the 1st thing the waitress said was il tell you what is no longer available, I said it's ok as we both just want the steak, she said that was no longer available on the menu, so we said we will have the seafood moray, only to be told this was off the menu too, so we decided not to eat here and unfortunately it was a bit too late to go anywhere else, it was disappointing as I do want to support any new venture that is trying to start out, I do wonder if they will get enough people in the restaurant to make it work, I personally think if they had made it similar to Relish which is always busy, with a bit more space too drink the cocktails & maybe have a cheaper menu in the week or even at the weekends it would be great, why invent the wheel when the bar round the corner is always too packed & another similar place to go at a weekend would be great but I appreciate what the owner is trying too do and I wish them good luck xx

We booked with friends for a couples night out. I would say the food was quite nice but the music was overwhelming, don't mind a bit of UB40 but this music was at gig level with no scope for any conversation we even had to shout our orders which rather killed any Champagne bar ambience. Then the cocktails full price....half measures or less in some cases. We made comment about this and the response was a shrug of the shoulders!

The staff were lovely BUT.......the seafood linguine only contained salmon and prawns, no mussels or cod and the garlic bread was so so cold the butter hadn't melted!! The seafood Mornay gratin was the thinnest gratin ever (half an inch thick maximum), no smoked salmon or crab! The burger was so small, we couldn't decide if it was from the children or main menu guess we knew when we paid nearly £16 for it!!! The restaurant was empty and now we know why, what a shame! We were so looking forward to our evening for my birthday, would we return? Never! Would we recommend? Never!!! Wanted to love it but hated it!!!!

I visited with a group of friends. The surroundings are beautiful and the barman very polite. There was only 1 member of staff and he was not available when needed. The food I was gutted. it was terrible. I was invited to go back again and thought I will give it a second try and hope it will be better as it be such a a shame as its a lovely looking place. I was again disappointed! I went for simple chicken and chips. It was terrible. would get better in a typical pub grub place. Im really disappointed as its stunning, clean and lovely staff but tbh think you should get new chefs. I did wounder why it was always empty. maybe this is why.

From top to bottom... such a shame. Just got a ceasar salad with salmon. Just a piece of salmon on ice salad. No topping, some bits of i guess of feta cheese. Not worth money at all. Dissapointed again. Never ever will eat from this place.
