Prices & Payment
All prices are in Great British Pounds, and do not include VAT. Delivery charges are itemised separately unless stated.

For bespoke orders, prices quoted will remain valid for 28 days.
Payment must be made prior to despatch for ready made orders, and prior to starting work for bespoke makes. Payment can be made via PayPal (sarah@netfolk. co. uk) and usually an invoice will be raised, or via bank transfer.

Bespoke Items
Where an item is made to order, an initial design in pencil sketch will be agreed upon. The customer will also be asked to agree to the design once it has been laid out but before manufacture.

Delivery Times
Pre-made items will be despatched within 48 hours, unless notice has been given.
Bespoke items will be despatched within 48 hours of completion, unless notice has been given.
I will contact you when the order has been despatched and give full details of method and expected date of delivery.

Your right to cancel
With the exception of bespoke items, you have 14 days from the day after receipt of goods during which you can cancel the contract. You will be required to return the items at your own cost and in original condition. Cancellations will be acknowledged within 48 hours. Agreed refunds will be processed within 48 hours by the original method of payment.

Complaint handling
As a matter of customer service we will do all we can to ensure that you are happy with your order, if it arrives damaged or is in any way disappointing, please make contact so we can find a solution.
