first time visit.. i have to say sunday roast was excellent! home cooked and very tasty ..ordered a large dinner there was enough to feed two needless to say i will definatley return!

This is the second time I've been to this pub and what can i say it's absolutely fantastic. Me and my girlfriend love it here. The service and the food is great. Probably the best food I've ever had at a pub. I recommend this to everyone.

Their Sunday lunches are to die for! Iv just been to pick my Sunday lunches up and as per usual lovely as ever!! Keep up the great service and gorgeous Sunday lunches! You deffo deserve 5 stars from me and my family!!

The Duke of York, is second to none when it comes to food. Excellent service, great attentive staff, and the prices are amazing for the portion sizes. The home made cheesecake is worth enough alone to pay a visit. As it is what i can only describe as a total indulgence of the taste buds. Many thanks, we will be seeing you again.

Nothing more to be said about this place. Food, Beer, Staff are fantastic and every time we’ve eaten there it’s been awesome, wether it’s a snack or a main meal you will NOT be disappointed..... Well done Sarah and crew x

Me and my family went on Sunday after looking for a carvery which was so full we decide to try here and I'm so glad we did we ordered 2 large chicken and beef dinners and 2 small dinners one chicken one chicken and beef. It was lovely, well worth the price and enjoyed by all. The staff where really friendly and helpful we will definitely used this place again and will definitely be reccomending it to others xx

Lovely Sunday Roast home delivered, well packed to keep warm, lovely meat and roasts, nice variation of veg and yorkies very tasty... will be ordering again

Just had afternoon tea which was excellent only down which we did not realise till we got home was that we were not offered our glass of prosecco other wise very enjoyable

Just been for the afternoon tea at the Duke of York, Sutton. Nice selection of sandwiches with scotch egg and quiche which was lovely �. The cakes were to die for especially the coffee cake and brownie. Will certainly be dropping by the Duke’s deli to pick up some more cakes.

I took my Mum out for tea on a Saturday and was able to take my dogs in the bar area. It was very quiet and had easy access to the beer garden. Food was all fresh, well cooked and plentiful. We both loved the big chunky homemade chips and they even did the dogs a sausage each and cut them up and put them in a bowl each, staff and landlady really lovely

I met my sister in duke for food and drinks last night and as always it was great! Food amazing fast service. I’ve been allot this year with friends and family and always been the same standard.

Have been several times mostly Sunday dinners love love love it had Afernoon Tea yesterday for my Birthday service and food excellent would highly recommend The Duke of York Sutton

Had a carry out Sunday roast, either my eyed were bigger than my belly( which is highly unlikely) or the portions are very plentiful, x Absolutely delicious, would highly recommend, I'm even contemplating never cooking on a Sunday again, such good value,x

Booked an afternoon tea for a baby shower. Sarah and the rest of the staff could not be more accommodating. Amazing value for money. The quality of the food was fabulous - all homemade. Extra thank you for catering for the children and doing them all their own little afternoon tea. Will definitely return. Thank you

Best afternoon I've had . Quality and value for money you won't beat it. All homemade cakes absolutely delish. The quiche and scotch egg are perfect and lovely touch to an afternoon tea instead of just sandwiches. A lovely lady 'I wish I had asked her name' looked after us all afternoon keeping unlimited amounts of fresh tea and coffee coming our way. Then to top it off a perfectly chilled glass of prosecco. A perfect afternoon for a perfect catch up with my besties. Thank you �

Was in today for Sunday lunch this was our first time I ordered 2 large beef dinners it was huge really should have got the small great value for money couldn't of got any more on the plate we will be returning soon x

I brought my Mother in for a treat through the week for afternoon tea , however I wasn't impressed, which was very disappointing. I have been for afternoon tea elsewhere and from this i know this was not worth the money, the food wasn't like the pictures and was very basic , the atmosphere of the pub wasn't very welcoming and was very dull and cold. Customers service wasn't great
