The Old Registry Description
Welcome to the Old Registry restaurant with rooms, Haworth.
Haworth is a great place to visit at any time of the year & The Old Registry is perfectly situated on the cobbled Main Street to enjoy everything about this unique Yorkshire village.
Home of the Bronte Sisters this picturesque village, surrounded by rugged and beautiful moorland, has much to offer for a short break in Yorkshire. In addition to the Bronte Parsonage Museum there is the Keighley and Worth Valley Steam Railway, where much of the classic film The Railway Children was shot. There are guided walks and ghost tours, fantastic restaurants and quaint old fashioned shops, beautiful countryside and a full calendar of events including the famous Haworth 1940's weekend.
Just a couple of miles from the Pennine Way Haworth is an ideal base to discover the Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Dales. The market town of Skipton, the spa town of Ilkley, the craft town of Hebden Bridge, the World Heritage site of Saltaire and the Duke of Devonshire's Bolton Abbey Estate are all within a half hour drive.
At The Old Registry we have 9 individually themed & decorated, quality en-suite bedrooms. All of our double rooms have lovely views, most have four-poster luxury beds and some even have whirlpool baths! We are proud to support the Deliciouslyorkshire campaign and our breakfast is second to none with local ingredients cooked to perfection.

Whether it's a casual catch up with friends, or a romantic special occasion The Old Registry is the place to be. Our imaginative menus use only top notch local produce, all cooked with flair and nearly everything is made right here in our kitchen. We also have some great wines, well chosen with prices kind on the pocket! !

I know its early, but we've had loads of people asking us for our Christmas menu, so here it is...…
Christmas 2018 Starters Apple Brie & caramelised onion puff pastry tart, served on a bed of mixed leaves & balsamic dressing... What an amazing hotel. We come to Haworth quite alot and I've always wanted to stay here so last night as a surprise early birthday present I got my wish. And I cannot recommend you enough so friendly and the food is amazing. thankyou
What a beautiful hotel and home you have, we were made to feel so welcome. Evening meal and breakfast was amazing thank you so much . I can not rate you highly enough and would recommend this hotel to everyone. Really welcoming family run hotel very clean and beautifully decorated rooms thankyou xx

The OR provided wonderful accommodation for family that were visiting from the USA and then did a fabulous job in hosting 16 of us for dinner on Saturday 24th March. There’s a great choice on the menu, the food was excellent quality and very reasonably priced, and the staff were extremely helpful and very customer focused. Thanks to all the staff for giving us a memorable night for all the family.

Stayed in the memories room. Room is faultless, big whirlpool bath is great. Ate in the restaurant on the evening, menu was vast, food was gorgeous, service is good. Drinks were spot on. Haworth is a pretty nice place to go out for drinks. Would recommend to anyone.
Stayed here twice now as always Perfect! So welcoming and nothing is ever a trouble! Beautiful rooms in a beautiful village. Breakfast is devine.. my favourite and I've had many! � Special mention to Joe who is the star of this hidden gem. We will be back soon ��
Stayed Friday night in The Duchess room. Room lovely and the 3 course evening meal was excellent. Lovely choice of food(decent portions)my duck was cooked beautifully. Friendly attentive staff. Nice atmosphere in this little gem in Haworth. We will be back to eat soon
Our first visit, and what a treat, Absolutely beautiful, first class food.very friendly, attentive staff could not fault it. We are really looking forward to our next visit, I can see this restaurant being a firm favourite. Thank you for a lovely evening.
My husband and I had an overnight stay at the Old Registry bought by our daughter for a Christmas present. We were given a warm greeting by Joe who showed us to our room.The evening dinner was superb, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the food on offer. Our short stay was finished off by a proper Yorkshire breakfast.
We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Just had a mini break in Howarth and stayed at the Old Registry, we're only sorry that we could only stay one night. Staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble.
We dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb, as was the selection of drinks. Excellent value and the restaurant is tastefully decorated and comfortable.
We stayed in the Memories Room which was really comfortable and relaxing, especially the four poster.
Can't wait to return and we are telling all our friends.
I cannot fault The Old Registry. The location, the rooms, the decor, the staff and the food were exceptional. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I really hope I get the chance to return here.
Had an amazing 2 night stay at this fine establishment! From checking in to leaving it was a fantastic experience. Rooms lovely and clean!.... Breakfasts spot on & ate in the Restaurant on the 2nd night and the food was well presented and very tasty!!... All the staff were helpful, efficient and friendly! All in all, a fabulous experience. We will definitely return.

Fabulous stay in the stunning Lavender Room, first class meal in the restaurant (the Duck!!! My word the Duck!!) and a Yorkshire Breakfast to die for. Cannot recommend it highly enough... we will undoubtedly be back!

Beautiful decor, and love the whirl pool bath in the Duchess Room which has by far the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Thanks for a great fleeting stay - we will definitely be back! 💗
