our Sausages & Pork Pies are supplied by the award winning J.B Wilkinson & Sons - "the best butchers in Yorkshire". They source high quality meat from local Yorkshire farms in and around the local Wharfedale area. Hence they buy the majority of their meat from the auction market in Otley.
