We called in on Tuesday afternoon. We were the only people in the restaurant but we were both still quite comfortable as the music helped the atmosphere.

We were served by a blonde girl who took our drinks order and food order. The chef was also on show in the open kitchen front.

We both had pizzas and they were absolutely perfect, just so tasty and cooked to perfection. We will return to this place with friends at a later date.

We called in for pre drinks, and food last night before going to see UB40. All the staff were amazing, superb service. The food was fantastic. We both really enjoyed our visit. X

We absolutely loved here, went on my birthday April the 8th, the girl could not me more helpful and really looked after us. We was booked in fro six and didn't leave until half eight, no rush, table was ours. Pizzas are amazing xx

Was out with my two boys today and we chose this place over Nando’s, I’m so glad we did, the boys loved it and so did we, the lunch menu is really good value for money, the food is very tasty (one of the best pizzas I’ve had)

The staff are very cool and polite too.

Very impressed with the Humber street restaurant last night. Lovely atmosphere and the food was delish. Hubby said best gluten free pizza he’s had. Staff excellent too. Will be returning.

Tonight was the second time I have visited with my dog and my parents also joined us tonight. Warm welcome, fuss and bowl of water for the dog straight away. Great service, lovely pizzas and fantastic setting. We'll be making it a regular outing for sure.

The staff were so polite and the wait for food and drink was very short! The food and drinks came out so quick! Would definitely come back here again. The chips were homemade and tasty, the Garlic tomato bread was full of flavour. Definitely recommend.

Seeing recent mixed reviews I think I should leave my review... I’ve been four times now over a period of day 6 weeks, day , night , with the kids and just out with friends. Service was slow once, but expect that over a bank holiday weekend. Slight variation on portion control once but mentioned it and got it sorted. I think in my opinion it does what it sets out to do, gives you a fair priced meal in chilled out relaxed atmosphere, if you want high end food and prices go elsewhere but I’ve not been disappointed yet so for the one time visits that don’t hit the mark, say something to the excellent staff and let them help rectify any shortfall. Charlotte Amy & Chloe are great, no dodgy fake tans or people just genuinely nice girls doing their job. Give it a go and see what else is going on in this up and coming area around the marina, get a hour hour deal, sit in the sun and tan like a ginger ���

It's our local. Simple. Gorgeous pizzas. Friendly staff. Accommodating to your needs. Great drinks. We love it, that's why we're in there every Saturday lunchtime. And sometimes Sunday's, Friday night and anytime. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Plus Alfie (the dog) can join us too. �

Have been twice now & absolutely love this place! The pizzas were scrumlicious - every bit as good as pizzas I've had in Italy! The place is clean & the staff were efficient & friendly. I was very pleased to see that there is a wheelchair accessible toilet at the back of the restaurant, however I have one gripe. To get to the loo, you have to go past practically every table in the whole place. When the tables at the back are empty & the chairs tucked under the tables it is possible to get to the back of the building to get to the toilets, however, when the tables are full of people you cannot get to the toilet in a wheelchair without every single person sat across one side of the long table having to get up out of their chairs & stand aside to let you go past, as do some of the diners from tables he other side. Everyone dining here both times we've visited has been friendly & willing to move, but it's mortifying to have to make several tables of diners to move just so that I can get to the loo. No one wants to draw attention to the fact that they're going to the toilet! Please, please will you consider removing the two tables to the left of the serving window to allow wheelchair users to access the loos without having to ask so many people to move out of the way for you.... I still love this place and we will most definitely be back!



One other thing, the first time I came I ordered a coke, which arrived with a straw in it. I'd not asked for a straw, and I don't think many adults ordering a soft drink expect a straw. Given that straws are a single use plastic and take over 200 years to degrade into tiny particles, please would you consider only supplying straws if people request them? It'll save you money & make you a greener business all in one go!

Great food and the staff are absolutely lovely but the wait to order drinks once seated and then for them to arrive at the table was too long - we waited 20 minutes. The food came around the same time as the drinks.

Put simply there were not enough staff on for a sunny day on the Marina.

We loved it though and we will come back.

Went yesterday as we enjoyed a previous visit not sure what’s going on with you staff.We found a table outside and waited for a member of staff to go over,after 15 mins while we watched you staff stood talking at the bar we went and asked for menus,we waited and waited then went and ordered at the bar.I would like to point out it wasn’t that busy when we arrived at 3.30pm.They food is lovely but l feel your customer service fell very short on this occasion.

Don't know if the menu has changed since the previous reviews but went here on 27/5/18 and the food was average at best. Friendly and helpful staff however we both had pizza (different types) and both were very bland testing without much seasoning to the sauce and not much topping either. Possibly just a bad day as it was extremely busy in the area and ingredients may have been lacking but we won't be returning. There's nicer food within a few minutes walk.

We visited this restaurant for the first time tonight, we were a long while ordering, our drinks took 20 mins to come to the table, they were wrong and falsely advertised on 3 of the 6 drinks. The toppings on the pizza were mostly in the middle and very much lacking for the price we paid. The bill was wrong and we had to challenge it. The lady behind the bar then explained 'I don't work here'. Service was poor and very slow. Wouldn't like to know what the service is like when the place is busy.Very disappointed, we will not be returning or recommending to others.

Lovely food as in previous visits but service was awful. Waited at the bar to be seated..staff walked past us without a word. Tho our order was taken quite promptly we waited ages for drinks and only got them after reminding the waitress. Waited almost an hour for food. If the food hadn't been so tasty would have made a complaint!! It wasn't busy so goodness knows how they cope when full!! Won't be rushing back!

Ten of us went along for my birthday and ordered our food. 2 and a half hours later, after asking where it was, we were told that our order hadn't been taken down and we'd need to order again. We were allowed to leave without paying which softened the blow, but we were in there for nearly 4 hours which is ridiculous.



Went in again yesterday. The waitress was moody and rude. 'Do you know what you want to eat yet?'.



Pizzas are lovely but with such shocking service I won't be rushing back. I'll wait for Bert's Pizzeria to open at the other end of the street.
