What a beautiful holiday park! I stopped here over the weekend and we had an amazing time and we would definitely recommend it to anyone you have so much to do on the site! I will definitely be going back! Thankyou so much for making it a very welcoming holiday park!

Just got back from here with my two boys. We were placed on beeches brook it's far out but wasn't a problem with there being a train every hour and walking wasn't problem the surroundings are beautiful so nice and peaceful. Caravan was better then expected, 3 bedrooms and two toilets and this was a promotional offer at (£15per person I payed) The beach was right behind us which was handy. Absolutely loved the pool especially the outdoor flumes. Lifeguards were very friendly and brilliant with the kids at the pool parties . The night entertainment is brilliant for the kids, they loved it and the fun stars staff had us laughing threw out the night. The outdoor play areas are good. The prices are pretty standard for a holiday park and the shop prices are reasonable to. Living in cleethorpes it's only down the road but felt like we're miles away. We come here every year and love it every time I would definitely recommend this park to anybody

Great Easter weekend here. there plenty to do on site but can be a long walk if you are placed in broadlands etc. Entertainment was reasonable and my son loved it. Only bad thing is you need to miss half of the day doing activities so we could get a decent seat in the show bar. Other haven sites shut the doors to stop this happening and open it up like 5-6pm so why doesn't this site do it. Activities on site are ok but with kids can work out to be expensive. The weather was not very nice so did not experience the beach and pier. Would return has this is a very nice site and very clean

We visited the bar on site the staff was so helpful what a lovely place! Well worth the money!

We don’t usually go to the larger sites but was part of a group of friends for the Scooter Rally. Some of us touring & some in statics. Lovely site, we got a great spot. Great facilities, only thing a let down was the showers, just like pouring a watering can from 20ft high but othervthan that...spot on 👍🏻

Stayed with a large family group, great facilities, staff friendly and helpful, prior requests were accommodated regarding accommodation requirements for family medical needs with no issues.

One bedroom unusable however due to excess ants all in the beds / over the bedding and room - two of us had to sleep in the lounge. Would expect the odd ant given the nature of the holiday but having squashed 60+ ants and still freely appearing all over the beds in one particular room was a shame.

Helpful when my daughter lost her favourite ‘baby monkey’ even though he was never found.

Lovely place. Friendly staff. Very clean. Only issue is my burger & chips from the main bar was cold sent it back not2 minutes later (how they cooked another in that time?) a new one arrived again chips cold burger warm at best couldn’t be bothered to send it back a 2nd time.

Had a nice weekend break here. My children loved it, just a shame we was so far away from everything'. The train is good plus it free but we would allways allways miss it so had to walk anyways. The entertaiment was ok the 90s music on the Saturday night was abit load. The pool was fantasic mine loved the little mini slide in the childrens pool. Just a shame the outside bit was not working. The water jets looked fun be good if they was working with it been such a nice weekend. We fell very lucky with the weather. The caravan was better then expected it even had central heating and double glazing. We got a bus to cleethorpes as we do not drive. The bus is good as it comes so far up the site. The kids did few of the activities. They did the sensory activity and the story time but there was only 4 children who did that and that was including my 2. We did the messy play but was bit disapointed as all it was some chalk and kids just chalked outside the reception area and it said under 4s and there was all age kids there ibm was expecting pichures paints glitter glue etc. The play areas was good and its good there was not just one there was one up the other side of the site so we did not have as far to walk. We got tea onsite one night nearly 4 pound for cheesy chips each as thats what my kids wanted. The was so small portains i had risotto and my hubby had steak pie but for nearly 50 pound for it all with drinks i thought the portions would been bigger. we was all still Hungary fun fair was ok kids enjoyed it. It was 2 pound a ride but if you bought 20 pound worth of tokens you got ten free. The ducks and willdlife was beautiful we loved seeing the baby swans and ducks and all the different birds when we walked past.we hope to come again soon and we will see how much they have grown. We went to the beach the other end but it was not a private beach accsess. You had to go across quite a busy road and carpark to get there. The arcade was big mine enjoyed that. My children loved all the dress up characters. Would i go again? Yes as my kids loved it.I would just properly see if there was anyway we could be abit closer. I would proberly book and do more activities with the kiddies. I would not eat in the restaurant again proberly try pappas or the fish shop. I no you expect to pay more at somewere like that just expect the staff to be bit more friendlier. No one even ask us if everything was okay. Its nice that kids can play though while we ate.

Great site. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Ours was a deluxe 3 caravan, and it was huge. Loads of room. Love the fact that the beds are made when you arrive. Caravan was spotless, basic but everything needed. Personally I would have liked a lamp in living area. Entertainment manager needs to look at the evening programs- 9.30 slot. 3 young ladies with same format just different songs isn’t great entertainment night after night! Not sure what climbing on and off boxes (which are too high) is all about. Can’t blame the young ladies, they’re doing their best with what they’re given. Definitely worth a visit!

User

Love Thorpe Park , went to owners party on the park enjoyed it apart from people saving seats as there families was in barn watching football ( very annoying especially when we had to stand most of the time with two small boys . Noticed a lot of empty chair all through the match . People should’ve decided if didn’t want party in the park They should’ve STAYED AT HOME 😖😡but like to say entertainment and event amazing thanks

User

Currently at Thorpe park . The sight is great . Very clean , staff friendly. The downside is the heating ! Last night in the show bar it was like been sat in siberia. Multiple people complained about putting the heating on . It started to really get quite annoying when all the staff thought it was funny. To be sat inside with coats and gloves on was ridiculous. Needless to say we left much earlier than planned . Really needs sorting out.

1 problem that cost us a good few pounds,,,, please please retrain staff to clean underside of the table rims at 6,1 sitting at a table and your pants touch the underside of the table they get stainned with sticky slimy be and soft drinks putting a cost on either cleaning or replacing, I know I'm not the only one who have this problem but with my family cleaning bills can rise fast,

Apart from this great times had even in bad weather!

User

Been to this park twice before and always been ok this time was the last got in caravan and there were short and curlies still all over the toilet seat God knows who cleaned it and proceeded to attach the cardboard ring to establish it was finished the restaurant were out of something different every time we went... eggs pizza etc.. complained and no one got back to you apart from that at least kids enjoyed it and most of the staff did a fab job as they seemed to be very understaffed

User

The place is a swamp and nobody was bothered how horrendous this was for families that were there to have a nice break.4 and 5 inches of rain around most vans and even the main roads, you couldn’t leave your van without getting lathered in mud.our neighbour got his car stuck in the mud reception told him it was not their problem he then called the AA,beds where damp we all slept in the living area the place was inhabitable, the swimming pool was too cold my granddaughters asked to get out after 15 mins,I fully appreciate no one can control weather conditions but there was no attempt by the staff to help people and try and clear main roads or offer boards around the vans to that least get into , in all a totally miserable time on a very uncaring site,a much disappointing time for all including my two granddaughters who were so looking forward to their stay in a caravan

User

If Harrison in the carousel is all you can get as a manager then it’s a poor show. What exactly does all the money we pay as ground rent go for?? He was rude and full of himself
