Two bags that were a commission. Wonderful fabric, and as they have now been safely delivered can be shared on my page. Contact me if you are interested in any thing similar.
Just realised I never posted the final raffle quilt. Raised over £120 for Sue Ryder Manorlands
Well I’ve been a bit lapse posting just recently but tomorrow I am leading a group making a group quilt. Really looking forward to it , and have made a couple of sample blocks in advance.
I'll be donating a pattern, and few hats. Why don't you join in, whilst it may be warm now, winter will be here before we know it.
Spent Saturday photographing water falls! I've now turned some of the photos into ideas for cushions.
Had the great pleasure of repairing this wonderful silk cushion. Replaced one of the folded squares, and now as a result of its age and fragility, it is to be framed and enjoyed as the wonderful piece of art that it is.
Having great fun testing a new sock yarn...... love the colours!
Don't forget it's "knitter knatter" at 7pm tonight! Bring along a project or get in touch for more info.

Back to work after the Christmas break and pieced a 30 inch quilt top for project Linus. Personally not a black and white lover, but I have enjoyed doing this.
A wonderful commission I've just completed, six yarn wreaths each with 5 hand made fabric brooches.
Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year to you all.
Knitter knatter group at The Airedale Heifer this evening ( 7pm until approx 8:30) where the group are working on the Innocent smoothie / Age UK hats. Aiming for 400 before 31st January. If you can't Knit come along and I'll teach you , or become our chief mini Pom Pom maker
If the weather forecast for snow is accurate this crochet blanket may well be just what you need to keep you warm!
Still a work in progress , but coming on well. Another couple of hours of work and it should be complete. Really enjoying working on this, a technique that will work really well on cushions.
What a difference the background colour makes to the piece. For the look I have in mind I think the white is winning!
My quilts ready to go to their new homes
