What a great effort from one of our teams on Wave One of our NCS - National Citizen Service programme, who handed over £770 to KIDS Hull Fundraising and Events page today! 😊

Next Thursday, one of our NCS groups will be helping to run Walking Football in partnership with the charity MIND.
This is open to anyone from 1pm-3pm here at the Airco Arena and will cost just £3 per player. Refreshments and snacks will be provided after the football.
All proceeds will go to Hull and East Yorkshire Mind. So why not come along? 😊⚽

- Intermediate Apprenticeship in Activity Leadership.... - Advanced Apprenticeship in Supporting Delivery of PE and School Sports.
The posts will involve working on a number of local and national initiatives and alongside organisations including schools, sports clubs, local authorities, voluntary clubs and preventative services with young people.

Of course I loved it: learning life skills has never been so fun!

I have been attending Walking Football with SeniorTigers FC for well over a year now and pleased with fitness levels and the social contact we all enjoy every Monday morning and Thursday afternoon.

The Tigers Trust provide a great platform as well as professional and moral support; we have enjoyed playing on the pitch at a senior team game at half-time in the match against Burnley as well as taking part in two tournaments at York and Leeds. Most recent success-story was the 2018 Mallorca Football tournament where we performed better than expected in an experience of a lifetime for some of us. As you'd expect both the club, the Senior Tigers and Tigers Trust provided excellent support and encouragement.

The next motivator is a hopeful game against Club Ambassador, Dean Windass and six former players - which will be an absolute joy for most of our over 60 players.

Come and join in - it's friendly, fun and healthy.

Had my boys birthday party here tonight they all had a great time would highly recommend
