Lorraine is very knowledgeable and can mix many options to help aches and pains. I have tried relaxing bubbles for the bath to help ease aching limbs and muscles from bootcamp. I have also tried oils to rub into my muscles. I am now looking forward to trying oils on my face.
Just wanted to say a huge Thank you to 'Tried and Tested' for developing the face serum I've been using for the last week or so.
My skin is softer, open pores are much less visible and I think I glow a little as people keep saying how well I look.
The smell is just beautiful and is especially soothing on a night. Great under make up too...just use a little less.
I'm thrilled to have found this brand of aromatherapy skincare...will definitely buy another bottle of serum and will be trying more of the range soon!

I've used some of the blend for joint pain on my shoulders, they have been aching and sore from some if the training I've been doing. The oil feels and smells lovley and I found it helped., thanks Lorraine
