We love this place! Although sometimes there is a little wait, it is well worth it! Great burgers never had a bad one and I love the fries! �

Think it’s about time I left a review for this place. I’m here every single day, no lie, and when I’m not that’s because I’m either working or away� I’m obsessed! The food is delicious, my absolute favourite! And all the staff are the best bunch of people ever! So so lovely and friendly. Great atmosphere here. I tell everyone about this place, and I’m constantly bringing my friends here and getting them addicted like me. So happy to see this place is doing amazing. Really deserves it!

I went tonight with my carer. It was my fist time and I was overwhelmed by the choices. The nice lady serving me explained how it worked and what I could have. Generous portions for a great price. We sat, are and laughed lots. I think next time we will have a small burger and share a portion of fries. It was well worth the wait and I will be back in the future.

I went to Urban for the first time yesterday, had the chicken burger with cheese and bacon and the paprika chips. Everything was absolutely amazing, so full of flavour, I wish I hadn’t waited until now to go! Staff are great and very helpful, I can’t recommend enough.

Will definitely be returning and trying the beef burger which I’m sure will be just as great!

Heard and seen all the reviews but only just tried for myself.. I'm fussy with food but the burger and fries was the mutts nuts. Defo recommend �

Have been to Urban burger quite a few times now with my boyfriend and it's one of our favourite places, the food is so nice! I have tried both the beef and chicken burgers!

We went on Monday evening and it was quite busy and a couple of things got missed of my burger they were more than happy to rectify this and even gave us some onion rings to apolagise. Absolutely amazing customer service and we will be back again soon for sure.

Great food and service is 100% on point can’t fault anything maybe look into a southern fried burger or fresh ideas to make the menu better than it already is somehow �

Good value for money and definitely will be recommending to my friends and family, 100% would go again, plus refillable drinks with loads of favours and all the burgers are made fresh when you order them

First time going today!!! Was amazing! I had a chicken burger and chips both so nice. To say we got regular chips was crazy as you get a massive portion. Our only thing was my partner ordered a double bacon cheeseburger burger, it was meant to have bacon on but he’d eaten it before he realised it was without bacon lol.



But I’d highly recommend to everyone ��

Fantastic. I've raved about a burger house in Newbury even after leaving there 20years ago. Today I finally found somewhere better. Great service, really helpful staff and awesome food. (Really need to put a menu in the window though, we nearly walked passed)

Defently the best burger n chips iv ever had, me n my family are well and truly addicted, we have urban every friday n it always tastes amazing �

Cant keep away from place, if you like 5guys you will love this, cheaper and better, cant fault it, staff friendly, quality fresh food cooked to order and clean throughout!

Been here a couple of times now and love it! It's perfect for low carb too as you can just order without the bun because the meat is 100% beef and tastes great!

Beautiful filling tasty beef burgers and toppings, chips are lovely and the shakes are out of this world.....to top it off staff are lovely polite and pleasent will definitely visit again

Absoloute value for money. I went and bought an extra patty thinking it was single to double, instead got 3. The quality of the food is unbelievable for the price, as well as the restaurant being tidy. Also very good selection for drinks which are refills. Will be 100% be going again

AMAZING! Best burgers by a country mile, and the fries are amazing too, my kids eat the lot when we go, which in itself says a grea deal, friendly service and very clean, highly recommended!

Went 2 weeks ago roughly. Nice burgers they were. Chips a good coating of paprika on them. Only 1 star missing due to me thinking if they had bbq pulled pork as a topping then spot on. Other than that burgers lovely.

So the burgers are still great but the quality of service has really dropped. The chicken burgers used to have the spicy coating added whilst they were being cooked, allowing for the option of having a plain chicken burger without the coating, which is ideal for people who don't like or can't eat the coating due to conditions like IBS or intollerance to spices. Now however when you ask for this you just get fobbed off with "Thats just how it comes". Unfortunately this means that 2 members of my family can no longer eat here and will probably put me off recommending you to anyone else.
