We love it a bit expensive but what isn't. We don't buy sweets and drinks we take our own, staff are helpful and polite. The whole place is clean and tidy well done....
Very dark but very comfortable.expensive treats
Nice polite staff, cinema at right temperature, not too many adverts. A nice day all-in-all
I really enjoyed the film, with great company in a great place
Great experience in the cinema. Easy parking and acces.
Vue in Doncaster is brilliant clean & friendly place only fault is 2 many trailers b4 a film takes 2 long
Very good , come hear every month, only thing I would say is the food is way to expensive!!
Nice cinema, great film, just a shame just about everything on sale food wise would have dentists rubbing their hands. Struggling to find anything with reduced sugar or Diabetic friendly, oh well bottle of water it is then
It would have been a perfect visit if only it weren't for the fact that half way through our film there was a horrible stench. Smelt like manure or something, very off putting.
I went to see Mamma Mia yesterday with my mum and sister in law and thoroughly enjoyed the film and the cinema experience. The seats were comfortable and clean and the staff were pleasant. We avoided queing as we pre booked our tickets online. The free parking is a bonus too.The only negative about the whole Vue cinema experience is the extortionate price of the food and drinks. It is daylight robbery and I refuse to pay neally £4 for a bag of sweets that is just a £1 in One Stop! It's about time the management got their act together and sorted out a more affordable pricing structure.
Great venue easy parking and lots around it. The best and easiest cinema in Doncaster area.
Booking was easy, disabled parking was good access good, enjoyed the movie so all round a good afternoon had by myself and my family xx thankyou
Took my 2 grandson's to see Jumanji they enjoyed it the seats and view were fine but a few popcorns chocolate bar and a coke drink were expensive.
Que for tickets very long. Not enough staff to do food drink and tickets. Screen room not ready had to wait for the cleaners. Film etc ok.
I’ll never give more than 3 stars as long as you need to take out a second mortgage to buy the kids pick and mix. The shop pricing, although it probably matches cinemas nationwide, is an absolute disgrace. Luckily there’s an Asda across from the cinema where you can buy sweets and a drink without feeling violated.
Can’t fault the rest though, clean and tidy, nice temperature, brilliant quality sound and screen.
Food and sweets too expensive!!! Parking was easy, cinema clean, seats ok.
before i start i watch all my films at vue in doncaster, right last night i and a few friends went to watch infinty war which was awesome but for some reason you left the lights on which totally made the films colours feel washed out now one of my friends asked the question to an attendant and got told it was emergency lighting which is total B.S. it was way to bright in the cinema sort it out guys
The film I saw was ok but due to it being just released the viewing I wanted to see was sold out , I got a voucher from being ex Forces and the number did not work , the person behind the counter checked for the next available seats but failed to tell me this was in 3D even the people who check which viewing you go in to see also failed by not telling us it was in 3D , so film starts and I have to run back to the counters to get some 3D glasses , not happy at all , but film was good
Service was terrible very slow and unfriendly. Wouldn't pay £70 to watch a film again. Unbelievable.
Great movie after the thirty minutes of adverts. I couldn’t afford the chocolate at £3.70 a pack. Lovely young lady serving the tickets and coffees.
Staff seem genuinely annoyed that we had ordered some food/drinks.
Screen 2 seats not high enough so all you can see is the back of the guy in front's head. After complaining was told it was my fault as should have walked out and not tried to watch the movie (despite driving 45 mins to get there)
Little boys seat was covered in water with a bit of bin bag which didn't stop him getting soaked.
Will never watch another movie there - totally spoiled our night and the manager clearly wasn't interested. Not surprised the average rating here is 3!
Incredibly disappointed in - the service from uncaring staff at the cinema; in phone staff when I made a complaint, and when my complaint had not had a reply nearly a week later, and with a target reply time by Vue of 36 hours to reply to a complaint. Poor quality care. I am following through with my complaint and will post here how it goes.
I've just wasted an entire afternoon trying to book on your website.
First came the usual nonsense of it not accepting my password then telling me I can't use the very same password it's just rejected when I go through the rigmarole of reseting. Then each time I click the review and pay button I get the preparing your booking circle for ten minutes before it times out and takes me back to the beginning.
This has happened on a brand new laptop on fibre broadband and a smartphone on a 4G network so it's definitely not down to my equipment.
Every time I try to book it's the same problems, time to start frequenting my local independent cinema I think.
