Went here for my 40th meal last night, amazing food amazing service, cannot fault a single thing. I even knocked a glass of prosecco over and had it replaced free of charge! The atmosphere was great considering it was a Thursday night. Second time here and won’t be our last.

We try to book in nearly ever 3 /4 weeks. Food, drink and atmosphere is amazing .....bearing in mind catering mainly for 16 of us. Well done to all the staff you are all so nice, helpful and friendly. Xx

Lovely place, excellent service, food was delicious, I had fillet steak diane it was beautiful, my hubby had lamb chops and loved them, 9 of us all had lovely meals. Staff very friendly and attentive. Definitely be going back.

I’ve just had one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The service was faultless, with every member of staff making us feel welcomed and ensuring we were more than just happy. They really have looked after us tonight and made every effort to provide us with a superior service and high quality meal. Our drinks were a cut above what we could have had elsewhere, the flavours that went into our Bellinis and Gins were extraordinary. The food was delicious and very well presented. The chefs have clearly taken much time and enthusiasm to create our dishes. I’m so glad we have found this place, we will most certainly be back again. I will definitely be recommending this restaurant.

I have been a couple of times now and it never disappoints. This time was for my husbands suprise Birthday meal. It was all made really easy and nothing was too much trouble. The food was beautiful and to say we was a big group all the food came out at the same time. All the staff were polite, friendly and attentive. Thankyou for a wonderful afternoon, can’t wait to come back.

Had a fantastic meal last night (Saturday 2.6.18), the atmosphere is great and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Very friendly and professional in their approach. The food was amazing and the wine was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning!

First time to restaurant tonight for a friends birthday and WOW absolutely amazing food and service, literally can not fault anything I had a salmon dish was outstanding and cooked perfect, service was brilliant, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. also good value for money. Will definitely be visiting again and spreading the word to all.

My first visit certainly won't be my last. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who are all friendly and eager to please, provide service with a smile.

Been to W a few times for meals and drinks, lovely service, nice personal touches - today some beautiful baked nibbles were offered to compliment our delicious cocktails. The service, food and drinks all create a wonderful ambiance that just makes you want to return. Can’t recommend enough.

Amazing food, amazing gin cocktailsand the gent who served us was brilliant! Really attentive and made good recommendations. First time we've been and we will definitely be back!

Twice we’ve been and enjoyed fantastic food, service and wine... unfortunately the kids and their inattentive parents on the next table have taken away the 5 star review.. nevertheless we’ll be back! �

Lovely meal spent with work colleagues. Lots of choice and portions with ample. Very tasty meals had by all of us.

The staff were attentive without being intrusive. They didn’t rush us to get finished and out.

The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are lovely, the restaurant is lovely.... BUT I've been three times in the week for lunch and each time I'm sorry to say I have been disappointed. The food looks amazing but that's it .. . it's so heavily salted, very heavy, my lips sting it is so salty .... steak, salmon... both very very salty. The person I was with had steak on three occasions and has said the same .... way too much salt .... and sadly we won't be eating there again which is a shame. So sorry �

Have been to this restaurant many times in the past and throughly enjoyed it. It was my parents 46th wedding anniversary today, and we wanted them to enjoy the wonderful W, so I had booked a table for 6 well in advance to celebrate. Last night we ended up in a situation that gave us a 7th guest.

Do not worry I thought - W will sort it, it won’t be a problem. How wrong was I!! Absolutely no flexibility, I was happy for us to be a little squashed - but the answer was NO! This restaurant was happy to loose a table of 6 and not accommodate an extra person!!!

W - you ruined a special occasion, which means you’ve lost our regular custom!!!

Having eaten here tonight, I have left feeling absolutely discussed and unvalued. We booked a table several weeks in advance and requested a high chair for our daughter, shortly after arriving they said unfortunately they have none available as they only have 2 in the whole restaurant. I explained that my daughter will not sit in her pram to eat and I would not expect her to have to especially in a restaurant of this quality and so I explained I’m going to have to go back home to bring our own in which the waiter seemed very uninterested and said there’s nothing he could do. After arriving back 20 mins later luckily with only living quite local not 1 person came over to apologise for the inconvenience and even after paying the bill did the waiter who I had spoke to earlier come over to say anything, we spent £160 ! on what was a nice meal apart from the desserts been very dry and tasteless ! All in all i feel extremely unsatisfied that not even a round of drinks costing £20 was offered for any inconvenience ! A restaurant like this with only 2 high chairs I feel is pathetic when you can pick them up from IKEA for £10 !! But not only that good quality customer service costs nothing and a feel a place like this should value customers a lot more as after this experience I will never be returning to spend a penny of my money here again !!
