“Many years ago my family and I were travelling home from Faro airport, there were four adults and four young children. We noticed Middlesborough football team were filling the back of the plane and we were sat behind them all. Having four children we were worried we would possibly spoil their flight, they all looked exhausted and probably looking forward to four hours sleep. Gareth Southgate was sat in front of the children, and spent the whole flight having friendly banter... with them. Laughing that the took the last sandwich he wanted and basically made their flight fun and memorable. At the end of the flight he cams over to us and said that we had lovely kids and hoped we had had a nice holiday. A genuinely lovely guy” I hope that their is some kind of karma playing tonight and he gets the results he deserves, but we know he will be gracious in winning or defeat. Good luck guys!! It’s fantastic to have such a great role model, and whatever the result he is our hero! Janice MD

Yeah had a laser party here last night. Beginning bit was same as usual but the actual laser part was amazing adults were allowed to join in so both adults and kids had fun with the shooting laser guns. Would def recommend it even tho it is late on. Octavia was a fab party host x

We visited yesterday with our 4 sons (16, 13, 10 and 6) and all had a fantastic day. Travelled an hour to get here but it was well worth the drive and we are already looking forward to visiting again. The older boys loved the high rope course and for £12.50 we found this great value when compared to other places we had looked at and the fact it wasn't too busy they went round quite a few times throughout the day which was a bonus (They did end up with a few blisters so maybe suggest people bring gloves or provide them-it didn't spoil the fun though)

My 6 yr old changed his mind about going on the rope course (thank god! I didn't fancy having to accompany him )but was kept busy with all the other fantastic attractions.

The food we ordered was lovely and reasonably priced too

User

We had a really great time at the Web on a beautiful day, so got to use all the facilities indoors and out!

The indoor play is amazing, and better than most we have been to. My girls adored the role play village, playing vets and mums and dads. We had dinner there. The food was yummy. One of my twins went for the pack lunch option and the choice was fantastic.

After ice cream we headed outside to spend the rest of our day in the sun, my girls loved the sand and water areas. Great price with no time limit!

User

We had a great day out here with children ranging from 1 to 3.5 years of age - loads for them all to do! The food was excellent too!

User

Took my little girl yesterday and met up with my niece's and there little ones. We spent all day there when i came out to my truck i found i stupidly had left my lights on and of course my battery was as flat as a fart. I went back in and spoke to the staff who went out of there way to find someone with some jump leads. The project manager came out and managed to jump start my truck. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff and the gentleman that helped me out. The prospect of being stuck with a flat battery a very tired 4 year old and at 10 wk old baby on a bank holiday was not that appealing. Thanks for the help guys and the kids loved it.

User

Motherday.. our last visit was 6yrs ago with eldest .whom luved it then. Now i have 2 yr old and my eldest is soooo happy to of visited again. Arrived 10am stayed till 3. Great value for entry price. Not even busy esp after 1.30.

Place has improved in 6 yrs. Bigger n better outdoor play area. Go carts. Better animal area.

The inside is good too there are football cage and a ball gun area. There is also a bugginington "town" hut area with giant toy animals n trollys n blocks.

Great under 5 area and ball pool.

Clean. Warm. Lots of baby high chairs.

Great party areas. Lazer party as well.

The animal area has a "guide "if booked you can feed animals.

Really impressed and 2 very happy kids. We will be back in summer to play in outdoor area as rather wet on our visit

User

Fantastic soft play, outdoor play and animal barn all rolled into one, great food options too. The colleagues were all very pleasant and the place was really clean and tidy. Thumbs up

User

Fantastic place lots to do. Food lovely. Animal welfare in animal park seemed excellent with obvious signs of enrichment like treat balls and scratchy posts -much better than other places have seen. Daughter had a fantastic time. Only criticism, a little bit too warm inside and raining so mostly stayed in.

User

Came for breakfast with santa this morning and we are still here, all I can say its it was fantastic, fun and magical. Had breakfast in a wonderfully decorated room with lights and very festive, rudolph pancakes went down a treat, made 2 crafts, wrote santa letter, even had a (fake) snowball fight! Then saw the big man himself. The gifts were good, and even did the Amarillo following santa and his elves each hour dancing around and up to the slide, where everyone, including santa went down the big slide. Love this place anyway and kids have,a great time too. A big thank you to all the staff, everyone is really friendly and approachable too. Oh and the food is home cooked and delicious.

User

Brilliant place, there's so much to do and the pizzas are amazing! Will definitely come back next time we're in York.

User

A great place for wearing out kids. Great for babies, toddlers and older. The outdoor areas are great for warmer weather and indoors is great all year round. Lovely food and enthusiastic, friendly staff. Could not recommend enough

User

18 if us visited here today, for my son’s 9th birthday. We have children from age 2-15 and it was well worth the hours drive. We were lucky enough to have lovely weather, so sitting outside whilst the kids played (and drenched themselves!) was nice. Lovely food and nice staff. Special mention for Mick, who helped with the cake and sang happy birthday. Lovely thing to do-some places aren’t interested, unless you’ve paid for a proper party. A great day had by all. Thanks! x

User

Took both my grandsons and they loved it. The food is reasonably priced and there’s plenty of it. After while the noise can get to you n I left with headache. Overalls though a good place to take the children.

User

My kids love it here. Large indoor play area for older kids and toddlers with variety of stuff from soft play, indoor football area, shooting ball game, mini village play section and a decent sized outdoor play area too. Most staff are friendly but some do need customer service training. Hot drinks are hit and miss as to whether they are good, depends on the staff. Good selection if drinks and snacks for kids. Very loud and noisy, staff do not address it if there are kids being naughty. However it is always clean and there is plenty to entertain the kids so definitely worth going but would be great if they’d lower the price a bit, shouldn’t charge adults - we spend enough while we’re there!

User

Great variety for kids. Place really good on the whole. Disappointed we got charged the price we did when our grandchild was just over one but couldn’t walk so not a great deal for him when wasn’t walking yet as we declared, but hey-ho.

User

Great place to take the kids and food is nice , but Have found twice now in the past 2 weeks I have been charge for my daughter who at a time was 5 weeks old and now 7 weeks old. Which I wasn’t told about and don’t think it is fare.

User

The only thing that let this place down for me was the disgusting toilets!! I’m sure it could be kept on top of if regular checks were done?!

User

Hi my self and my sister in law came today with my 4 year old and 6month old and my 6 month old nephew I had been saying since the babies were small that you have a lovely play area with lots of toys when we arrived I was so disappointed that all but a small ball pool and a couple of soft block were in the area not very stimulating for 2 6 months olds where has all your interactive toys and bead gyms gone?? Especially since we now have to pay £1 for under ones (sibling)

User

I have been a few times recently and it's really gone downhill. It used to be our favourite go to place for play and food. But unfortunately it definitely isn't anymore. The past three times I have been I have complained or sent over cooked or undercooked food back with the staff not really doing much. Toilets have been dirty seats and floors even when it's been quiet. They cleared our table while we went to toilet of uneaten food when clearly we had not finished and all of our things were still there. When I complained nothing was offered to us apart from a free drink......when I had spent over £20 on food and drinks in the first place. Ironically I had left the uncooked chicken on my plate to show and complain to management which they had cleared away while I wasn't there so I had nothing to show them. When they were clearing tables they weren't cleaning the floors so there was so much food on the floors it was impossible to avoid. I hate writing things like this but I have complained to staff on the days I have been with no consequence and also wrote out a complaint and gave them to a guy last time I was in with my name and number to be contacted and heard nothing. Very disappointing considering how expensive a day costs to visit and you are not allowed to bring any of your own food and drinks so we will be avoiding for a while. I do however want to say how clean and lovely the outside area was shame it was too cold to spent all afternoon out there.
