For everyone that's entered the handicap competition, here's the draw, please check the time and date of your first match, and arrival at least 30mins before your match! Good luck!

We hope to see lots of you there to celebrate all things about the club this year from juniors success, recap competitions and success in the local leagues. We will also be holding a raffle! Who can make it?

The club handicap is running Sunday 3rd June to Saturday 9th June, comment below to sign up or sign up in the bar on the notice board. For those of you who don't know what this competition involves, you play 20 mins without stopping, with a handicap difference as a starting score, with one player trying to defend this score, and the other trying to achieve this score. It's great fun for players of any standard to even out abilities!

There's a few competitions coming up over the next couple of weeks. We have the Cyrus Cup, which is for any non team player, the Cyrus Best Lady which is for any ladies over 40 and the Over 50s Racketball. They are all £5 to enter and you are guanranteed 2 matches, they are running between Sunday 27th May and Friday 1st June. If you'd like to enter either comment on this post or sign up on the notice board in the bar.

Don't forget Friday 8th June is the club presentation evening. We will be having a raffle on the night with various different prizes, if anyone would like to donate any prizes, please leave them behind the bar!

Went to the open day today as I really wanted to get back into squash since moving. Everyone was really welcoming and great friendly environment. I have joined as a member & looking forward to getting started!! �

We have held many functions here and been to a few hosted by others. It's a great place, very professional and we've always felt very welcome there.

We are so lucky to have facilities like these in this village. Friendly atmosphere and very welcoming.

Very welcoming place, lots of support offered regardless of experience.

Nick is an amazing coach, couldn’t hit football with a racket and now hitting a tennis by dot around a Squash court!!



Its great for the whole family too

My kids are really enjoying their squash now, thanks to all the coaching and support from members. They enjoy a great social scene too, watching sports on the big screen and being with their friends. Great Club and nice bar too!!!!!!

I've visited the squash club a few times now and every time I do I feel so welcome!

The staff at the bar are of quick service and the members of the club are a friendly and fun group. The events held are always great fun - if i lived in York this would be the squash club i would be part of!�

I Tutored a squash coaches course there and was really impressed with the friendliness and atmosphere around the club. Great place.

Held my mums 60th party here recently and the team at the club could not have been more helpful and flexible. The bar staff were fabulous. A great value location for a small to medium sized party!
