We visited here last Saturday 30/06/2018 I wanted a new Handbag from the Michael Kors store this was my 1st bag from this designer I have a bad neck problem so needed to downsize. I was served by a lovely Girl by the name of Harriet & she was brilliant ! She spent ages helping me choose my bag & even let me pile all my rubbish into it to test how it felt with my neck ! She was fantastic & will def be recommending this store ! It’s not often nowadays we receive good customer service but Harriet was top class & thankyou my bag is perfect !! 😍

User

Lovely and clean. Shout out to the young guy who was keeping the stone floors immaculate. Got a lovely superdry bag, top from joules and some very comfy skechers. Went as a large group with family for lunch was a lovely day out (also enjoyed starbucks and a Krispy Kreme!).

User

Lost my wallet Tuesday whilst shopping, visited every shop I’d been in and left my name and number in case it turned up. Got back to Sheffield to a voicemail from someone At Paul Smith, they’d found my wallet with money still in it to my relief. They even posted it recorded delivery the next day. Just received, much appreciated and thanks to all other staff at the outlet for keeping an eye out saved me a whole lot of hassle cancelling cards etc

User

Just been to the build a Bear pay your age day. Queued for 5 1/2 hours. The staff at designer outlet were amazing, both in-store and out!!! We got free colouring, drinks, fruit whilst waiting. There was always someone near asking if we were all ok or needed anything. This made it a lot easier and a pleasant experience for us all. So thank you very much for your patience and help.

User

Great shops and plenty of them too. Treated myself to a Michael Kors bag that should have been £250 which I got for £139 also a bracelet that was reduced from £100 to £44.

Unfortunately I had a hangover so didn’t appreciate it as much as I could have.

No issues with parking either!

User

Amazing designer outlet specially food court is good beautiful time with family like it

User

Very easy to find off A64. Plenty of parking spaces quite near to main doors.

Outlet is very clean and tidy with plenty of seating.

Admittedly not very busy.

Eating outlets limited.

Shopping was great. Lots of sales and bargins to be had

User

Shops are all right I think most people can shop prises are fairly fair. Food shop bit expensive but you pay what you pay most placed . Parking is bit difficult when family and disable people are visiting other wise it's good spot for shoping

User

The York Designer Outlet is an ideal, flat, locally situated indoor venue for pushing myself around in my wheelchair. However, I do find it annoying that on almost every visit, the disabled toilets are occupied by able-bodied shoppers!! The Radar key locks should not have been removed during the last renovation works!!

User

Shops are ok but the rearranged parking is a joke. Been twice in the last week and park at what I believe is the west entrance (Cafe Nero end). Half of the car park has been changed to disabled parking/ parent child (roughly about 36 spaces disabled ) over both visits I have seen 1 car parked in the disabled spaces leaving so much unused parking which could be better utilised. Really think this needs looking at.

User

Shops are ok and so are facilities but parking is a joke. We managed to get a space eventually but other people were parking anywhere and everywhere. On pavements or all along the grass verges where they were then sinking into the soggy ground. One person nearly blocked our car in parking opposite our car up on the kerb. There should be parking enforcement for anyone not in a space.

User

Shop around was great got some bargains from the Ralph shop 👍 Went up stairs for some food ended up at McDonald's for a cardboard burger 🍔 👎

User

*Privilege Club Event * invited to go to this event, visited 75% of the shops today and only 1 gave us the 20% discount ”as advertised” ( Lyle Scott) we asked at every checkout and they all had an excuse ie were already in sale / offer, need to spend so much, not on that item etc etc... but it’s an Outlet, with the Privilege discount as extra as advertised.... total con!

User

We visited on Saturday and was shocked to find you have removed all parent and toddler parking spaces from out side the entrance doors to the end of a busy part of rhe car park. we have an autistic child and rely on parent and child spaces as our son is prone to running off. this move of parking spaces is disgusting to have replaced them with additional disabled parking when there is a substantial amount of disabled parking at the back of the outlet and at the front to have now added even more and make parents with young children walk across a busy car park is disgusting we will not be visiting again !!!!

User

We have been shopping here nearly ten years and have never received such poor customer service as we did last week at fred Perry then guest services said someone would contact us and never did
