If you are interested in Buddhism then this is the place I would recommend you check out. The sangha (community) are warm, friendly and highly proficient in the practices of Tibetan Buddhism.
You can also just pop in and have a coffee whilst you browse the books.
I could speak no higher of all of the teachers and have known there for almost 15 years. There are introductory courses as well as teachings for those a little further down the road.
Make sure you ask about "dream yoga" as well. I searched for years for instruction on this practice and found it here.
