Following a visit to GP on call unit, rang and spoke to my GP who quickly arranged necessary test, medication and advice so that I could go away on holiday. Nothing but praise for the doctor and admin staff who arranged this for me. Thank you.

This surgery is a joke 30 minutes in queue position 5 on the phone ,get to 3 then cut you off Ring back and your at position 6 again. Can't book an appointment if you eventually get through Keep taking on extra patients but no extra drs

Waited on the phone for 40 minutes in a queue for test results,give up in the end .

Appointment was changed multiple times, then left waiting over 55mins because the doctor was "late" near the evening
