Very helpful staff especially in the Pharmacy

Staff could be more attentive

There is a chair to sit down on when you are waiting for your prescription to be filled

Worse customer service ever. They would not let me buy more than 2 baby milk formula boxes at once and would not explain why. The chemists are not helping either with rash identification on children (even though 111 is sending me to a chemistry to recognise if it is a dangerous one or not). Moreover, there must be something wrong with the way they store products: it is the second nappy cream Burt bee I have bought at this store and the cream is divided in an oily part and a white part. It is not usable. Not matter how hard or long you shake, it is impossible to mix these parts together again. Waste of money. Waste of time. I like to shop local, so it is a shame, but I am not going back to this shop.

Small for a boots, but it's local so can't complain!
