All the staff are very helpful

Staff are friendly, but they have never had everything on a prescription for myself, husband, mother, father, sister, aunt, neighbour or generally anyone I have mentioned this to. Shame on them. There are a lot of elderly people who walk to the doctor then chemist and only just make it home it is not right that they are regularly told we don't have it come back later, my last repeat was 3 visits before they had it all. They said they would phone us when my husband's essential medicine came in, that was 6 weeks ago, still waiting. Really needs sorting out.
