Bowerham Pharmacy

Got my prescription wrong and on my way to the airport. The manager is completely incompetent on the phone, I sometimes wondered if he even knew what I was talking about.

He phoned another pharmacy near the airport (newcastle) which added another 45 minutes onto my already long journey to my destination. He assured me the other pharmacy would give me the prescription and charge them directly. The other pharmacy said I had to pay them and take it up with Bowerham when I got back off my holiday.

I called Bowerham when I got back and he said he would give me a refund but I had to come in to the pharmacy. When I told him I live 45 minutes away from the pharmacy and that I had already been inconvenienced enough they said they would post it. I never received that refund to this day. I can't be bothered to ring again and re-explain. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE - STAY AWAY!

The fact that they got my prescription wrong in the first place is evidence enough.
