They are absolutely ridiculous at getting prescription sorted. Registered for service so they should pick up prescription from docs but yet they don't do it and you need to call and remind them each time.. this is not good when your premature daughter needs her meds...

When visiting my daughter in Brid I had forgotten my insulin pen and sought advice here and I received a great service and after following there instructions I was able to get my insulin eventually. Many thanks to the staff for helping me avoid unknown complications which could of occurred.
