A nice place to visit with kids. It has a small café n nice gift shop.

I went here on the two day history pass, after visiting the pavilion the day before. Some really interesting stuff with various exibitions. I found the trans exibition very thought provoking.

Brighton museum is an amazing space in itself but does offer the visitor a real diverse selection too with the willets collection and the constable exhibition going on ATM it's a great place for art lovers.

Brighton museum also does projects with various groups in and around Brighton they have an Ethos on mental well being and hold classes / safe time for vulnerable adults.

Brighton museum also allows the public to come and see the work that's done by these communities when they hold special exhibitions

Excellent collections of furniture, ceramics, and costume relating to Brighton. Égyptologue as well.

Amazing selection of artefacts and exhibitions in a beautiful setting!!! Fashion exhibition is brilliant as is the furniture exhibits in the main hall. Plenty of local art if that's what you're interested in. Best of all, it's free! Highly recommended.

I saw the Fashion Cities Africa exhibition there. Worth taking out membership. Saves when going to some exhibitions. And you get a very informative welcome tour.
