Broadway Veterinary Surgey

Very professional and friendly vets. I travel from north Wales to use them, you find a good vet, you stick with them. These guys are worth it.

Should be called NO WAY not BROADWAY.all they are interested in is giving you a bill and when you do get check it I was charged twice for over 6 items on bill I was told 5weeks after I had paid bill not in a letter but from a young vet who thought it was funny .no cash back just told I was in credit they soon used that up by means of a blood test that I was told the day before would not work due to my dogs condition it didn't.i asked for a new bill with no mistakes .this time instead of saying refund due to over payment they called it Goodwill discount ? then at bottom of page £300 bill for my rabbit .I don't own one .receptionist thought it was funny asked about refund for over payment they had called Goodwill discount that's the way we do it she said.I was told I needed to buy a blood monitor from them£170 I bought one the same for £9 .my total bill came to just under a £1000 my dog did not get better in any way 5 times I said how worried I was and said she had lost so much wait and going down hill fast they didn't care.next appointment I had booked I didn't bother going .my dog had 7 weeks of suffering and no better .I took her to PDSA Monday and was told to prepare for the worst she was that I'll she.s still there but at last she's getting care and treatment from staff who care for your pets not your pounds.Cost me a £1000 to find out your a low class vets who should be closed down .Trust me AVOID BROADWAY.
Just a update i asked vets at Broadway over 6 times why my dogs stomach was so swollen never got a straight answer they had done a ultra scan so they would have spotted any problems in her stomach .well thats if they did one i was charged for one .well seems they didnt because today my dog went to get spayed the vet rang me telling me that my dogs stomach was full of cancer.tumors plus her intestins were all swollen and infected Broadway would has seen this with ultra scan .
Thanks to the vets of Broadway not doing there job my dog Lucy went to sleep this morning she would still be here if i hadnt taken her to Broadway legal advice has been taken there not getting away wirh it this time.

Disgusting service and over priced called on Sunday as my dog was very unwell wanted £130 just to see the dog and then medication I couldn't afford this. I stated to the lady the dog was extremely unwell and unfortunately they were not very helpful. I called the approx 10.20 asking for help and at 11.04 the dog sadly passed away and I can't help but think if this surgery helped us she could still be with us would recommend

I cant believe i stayed at this vets as long as i did! I took my cat here over and over about the same thing, she had scabby eyes and mouth which was getting worse and worse and they acted like they had an idea of what it was (skin infection) but didnt do anything but just kept giving me the same treatment each time and not actually doing anything more, i changed vets and the first apointment they sorted it out and i now know exactly what is wrong! I spent over £200 on the treatment at broadway which where eye drops and steroids (it was very frustating for my cat and me to do this twice a day), and they said antibiotics wouldnt help. When i changed vets they gave her injections instead which suited us so much better and them injections included antibiotics!!! Her eyes cleared up amazingly in 2 weeks and finally got her diagnosed with ringworm which this vets didnt even mention! All this vets cares about is money and not the wellfare of our animals, well thats how im seing it! I deffo wouldnt recomend this vets! Also its a lot more expensive and a lot of people i know have changed vets because of this!

I rang the vets yesterday morning about my little dog who was very poorly and i needed to have him put to sleep, a very distressing decision, they fitted an appointment in for me and after an examination said that it was the right thing to do, both the receptionist and the vet on duty were very kind and understanding, because i was in pieces,... Thank you

I rang up this morning as my rabbit Thumper was very poorly,they fitted me in straight away. Unfortunately Thumper had to be put to sleep due to the severity of the infection she had. They were very helpful and compassionate I couldn't of asked for more. They were absolutely amazing.
