In its telephone appointment system Brunswick House Medical Group and its associated practices have the most unfair system of healthcare rationing its possible to conceive. Trying to get a consultation before you need A&E or hospitalisation is increasingly difficult and the booked telephone consultations are a joke.

Never answer the phone. You'll be dead by the time you speak to anyone.

All the Doctors & nurses are great, kind, caring, helpful, professional when you can get to see them. I recently managed to get a telephone consultation booked for 6 DAYS LATER. Not happy
