Burlington Road Surgery

Never can get an appointment 9 am and they have no appointments left don't look after ther patience .Walk in with very i'll child and was told come back another day ...

Long wait times and usually very crowded. It serves quite a large area, so busy periods can be expected, but it’s waiting areas leave a lot to be desired.

The Drs are great but no one answers the phones ever, you might be lucky to get through on the emergency line if you are lucky. Also you go there in person and the phones are not ringing like crazy, so its not like there are too many calls to answer, the staff just cant be bothered to pick the phone handle up

Been ringing all day to try and book an appointment but havnt been ably to rang at half 8 all appointments where taken so rang all day trying to get through and all you do is listen to some woman robot thing and don't get anywhere

You can never get an appointment one because they're either all booked by 9am or the phone just doesn't ring at all you get a beeping noise and that's it. Doesn't even take you through the automated. Your always guaranteed a long AF wait regardless to how many people are in the surgery.

Its a surgery that use to have ten GP's now is covered by five and it is more difficult to get an appointment to see a gp you'll get to see the practice nurse instead of a doctor hence my reason for giving four stars
