Denteam Dental Centre

I have been visiting this dental practice for a number of years now and have always received good care from Armand Camderman and his team. I look forward to taking my son for his first check-up here very soon, knowing he will receive the same good care I have done over the years.

I went on after having many days with pain in my upper left gums, can feel a tooth poking out through my gums and is very sharp and very sensitive to the touch so I knew I had to have something Done,
Saw me canderman and was told I was being silly there was nothing there and nothing was wrong so was sent away, I went back again with the same problem and (reluctantly) he did an x-ray (on the wrong side) but refused to agree when I told him the pain was on the left, not the right side of sorry mouth.
Decided I needed a cleaning and gave me an injection to numb my mouth (without any warning of the needle) just stuck it in and got to work leaving my gums in more pain and now bleeding, was told nothing was wrong and not to return anymore as he doesn't need to see me for another 6 months so not to bother making any more appointments. I asked about orthodontists as I wpuld like to get braces as I have had so many issues with my teeth and he said I don't need them, the receptionist gave me a website to look at and actually helped me rather than the dentist himself, he isn't a dentist he's a butcher.....very unhappy with the dentist and to be frank the denteam practice has never been the same since they moved from recreation road,
I am highly considering moving dentists but due to travel and the area I live I haven't got my choice but I am going to ask to see a different dentist next time.
The reception staff are lovely and friendly and they actually seem to care about the patients going to ask to see a different dentist next time for definite.

My advise,
Avoid this place but if you can't, avoid me canderman

Very poor customer service ! The receptionists were useless. Maybe McDonald's would be a career to gain some character building skills. Very rude , unhelpful , pig head manner. Avoid waste off time.

I definitely think this plave needs to improve their customer service skills. The dentist never introduced himself or the nurses. I felt very rushed. Was confused at what was going on. No one explained anytging to me i had to ask. I was shoved in tge waiting room a few times. The manager if this practice needs to give the dentist more than 10 mins to see the patients. As a patient i would like to know my dentist first time appointment need to be minimal 20 mins long.

Careful before taking any treatment from these, I doubt their qualifications,they say something and do something else, they were very nasty with me,in time if pain. the dentist said the filling is permanent,the office says only one year warranty and you got to pay anotherpounds 60.😢😢😢😢

I am a real wimp when it comes to the dentist, I hate going so leave it until the absolute last minute to go, normally when it's too late.
I saw Dr Birgani with a problem a few years ago and absolutely love him and his nurses. He's always so kind and friendly and explains everything he's doing, before, after and during so I don't get any nasty surprises. I trust him completely and have never had any problems.
If you are scared of the dentist Dr Birgani is the man to see.

In the previous location, my family were able to see Dr Sam Canderman regularly. Since the move, we have had the misfortune of Dr Adnam Canderman. My husband found him rude and abrasive. When I took my son, he was very accusatory regarding a non-urgent condition which Sam had been monitoring. He shouted about not getting it sorted, that he did not want to treat my son, would prefer I took him elsewhere, and would have to talk to the management team about whether he was going to continue treating him in any capacity. He also said that he was unprepared to refer my son to an orthodontist, which was the next course of action, in his opinion. All this with the treatment room door still open! The dental nurse was mortified, and clearly didn't feel able to challenge him. I was asked to hand in a request for the receptionist to contact me when management had decided whether they would continue to treat my son. They have not done so, ignore emails and attempt to fob me off when I have called. As an adult, this situation is challenging, but this appointment was for my child. What kind of impression is this to leave a young person with? I would have scored 1 star at best, but for the good service we'd previously had from Sam.

I registered and had 2 appointments, I saw Dr Birgani, both times I left in absolute agony with my gums bleeding holding a tissue to my mouth. When I asked him to stop during scaling procedure as it was far too painful (which I have had a hundred times before at other dentists, completely pain free!) He got very rude and stroppy so I was forced to continue in pain. I have never had a descaling done in this manner before, it was bad enough to ensure I would not be returning to this dentist again. I have subsequently registered elsewhere and found a dentist who has cleaned my teeth without any pain or bleeding at all!

I would recommend you find another dentist, even if you have to travel, these people are rude and unhelpful with no human compassion at all. The dentist himself was vicious, rude and made my gums bleed every time I had the misfortune to see him. He had no concept of someone being scared and kept telling me 'to pull myself together'. When I asked him to stop a procedure, he shouted at me. I asked to change dentists only to be messed around for weeks and then when I couldn't attend due to a family emergency they threw me off the list. Obviously, they are just out to make money not to take care of people. Awful place with awful dentists and staff, avoid at all costs.
