Dr D Y Ankude - Arboretum Surgery (Permanently Closed)

"Dr" ankude was incredibly rude and mean to me. I told him I was suffering from Vertigo and he blatantly refused to give me a referral to ENT. He was completely unsympathetic and refused to investigate. I advised him I am epileptic and get confused easily and he told me I wasted his precious time by asking for a referral to ENT, which is very important and he refused to look at the MRI scan. I couldn't believe how rude and mean he was.

He kept questioning me on the same Hingis over and over, and even though I showed him Tegretol with an NHS prescription on it, he kept asking me over in different ways where I got it from... Like I was under investigation, even though it was prescribed by the NHS. And he refused to give me a renewal for my medication.

He should be fired as he is not competent on caring for patients.where did he get his license to practice medicine, I would really like to know if he acted that way before receiving his license. He simply does not care, and he isn't nice about it at all.

Avoid at all costs!! We had to take my grandad (83) to hospital and he is in a terrible way because this doctor is too lazy to make sure he got a referral. He kept saying he had referred my grandad but the clinic said that they hadn't received any referral, he now blames his lack of a secretary and takes no responsibility for anything. My grandad now has serious cellulitis, when he had been seeing the doctor since it was a rash on one leg, now he can barely walk and it has spread to his other leg. Dr Ankude gave up on my grandad because of his age. When we took grandad to the urgent care unit in Nottingham (as advised by 111) the doctor who saw him looked horrified that it had been aloud to get this far. Absolutely disgusting and shouldn't be allowed to continue putting people's lives at risk like that. Fortunately my grandad has us his family to stand up for him and help him, imagine how many people who don't have family nearby to help who are in danger because of the lack of human care this doctor gives! Doesn't even deserve one star!

Dr Ankude is rude to patients he does not listen to parents concerns I want for help with my son and he basically blamed me and offerd no help at all I left the surgery felling shocked and all this was in front of my 10 year old son they need another doctor who listens and helps

The most rude Doctor I ever meet !!! He is not interested about Your disease at all. He is ignoring all Your symptoms and don't want to do any tests. I was there twice in my life and I'm going out straight away
